I really enjoyed working out at Grit Life Fitness. The classes were really organized and I liked how seamless the process was when it came to booking a class, speaking with your coach, and even being a part of a larger community of people who have the same goal in being fit. Unfortunately, I had gotten sick one week since my child was sick, so I missed an entire week, and then I had other family things going on in the mornings, so I'd end up doing the workouts on my own when I wasn't able to go. Lindsay and Justin are amazing owners. Coach Carrie was awesome. Coach Denny made sure that I was getting the most out of my workouts and I would be asked about how my nutrition is going. I have gained the accountability aspect that I was looking for. The distance also made it a bit tough, especially since I live 30 minutes away from the gym and my schedule sometimes wouldn't work out, but for those in the area, I highly recommend checking out Grit Life Fitness. You won't regret it!

I joined Grit back in June 2023 after coming off two years of limited mobility after a car wreck with broken leg and collar bone. Grit has helped me regain my strength back . The workouts are 45 minutes , not too long and they go by quick. The coaches are very knowledgeable and supportive on wherever you are in your fitness journey!!! The community is excellent as well. Even on the days you don’t feel like going , once you walk through the doors, you are glad you came . Smiles, laughter, hard work and dedication!!!

I started with the 6week challenge and I have signed up for another year!!! From the moment I stepped into the building I felt so welcomed and the energy is amazing!!! Every single coach and the owners are positive and high energy! I've never felt so accepted and cheered on until I found Grit Life Fitness!!! Now I'm excited every day to go workout! If you are searching for a better you COME HERE!!!! Noone judges, everyone is there to help you!!!! I'm so happy I made the choice to go in and talk with Lindsey!! SOOOOO GRATEFUL I DID

Best decision I ever made was trusting Grit Life with my life changing body transformation. I started this journey last April and they have helped me loose weight and add muscle. Down 25 lbs to date and 3 pant sizes. This is my happy place and a welcoming community for all levels of fitness.

Grit life has helped me get my motivation back! I was struggling with finding the motivation to workout. The workout classes are quick and effective. Grit life has an awesome community. The motivation from everyone, coaches and members, is great!! I do not dread putting on my workout clothes and going to the gym anymore😃.

I was never a fan of conventional gyms because I wanted guidance, form corrections, and ability to work out with others. I wanted to find a place that had coaches, group classes, and community. GRIT has all that, and more! I’ve seen changes that I could not otherwise accomplish on my own. The owners and coaches have the biggest hearts and care about your success. Such a fun, positive, EMPOWERING community! I work full time and still always feel up to coming because I enjoy it so much! All of the coaches are so supportive and kind, the one on one coaching is so intentional and tailored towards my own needs. It can’t get better than this!

Grit Life is an amazing place to be. They have really amazing trainers, great proven results and the culture and feel here is that everyone really cares about you! Highly recommend for beginners to advanced individuals who want a good community and quality training/group fitness.

Grit Life has changed me! I began with a six week transformation challenge, and I lost 18+ pounds during that time. Lindsay and the coaches helped lay out an easy to follow plan to visit the gym and change my nutrition habits. These coaches are the very best! You are not just a number or a dollar sign at Grit Life - they will get to know you personally. They are dedicated to helping you get healthy and/or reach your goals. Every coach at Grit Life is welcoming, accommodating, encouraging, knowledgeable, and fun. If you need help with accountability, fitness, or nutrition this is the best place in Cherokee County. I now look forward to working out each week, and my eating habits did a 180!

soooo… this is long, but bear with me.

3 years ago i started working out with my first coach michelle at one life. i loved it, love her & still able to be friends. ❤ i’ve been in the gym off & on since like 2017 but always failed because got tired of googling exercises so when i started working out with michelle to get in shape for my wedding i loved it… was going great, meal prepping, showing up to workout with her 3x a week. she even taught me how to box (man do i miss that).

september 2021 came, my husband & i caught the covid so it put a halt on my working out & didn’t have an appetite. well, got over it & tried going back to my workouts with michelle but i had the never ending side effect of covid with getting out of breathe… so between that & i got a new job our schedules didn’t workout together & then my husbands seizures started getting worse so i put myself on the back burner & of course was trying to figure everything out about that… we finally got answers & he got the correct treatment he needed last year october 19, 2022 & he’s been doing tremendously better so i decided that this year beginning of 2023 i was focusing on my health again & becoming better as i turn 30 in january of 2024… a couple girls i worked with went to grit life & always said how much they love it… i followed grit for a while then decided to have my consultation with lindsay. came home & talked to my husband about how it all went & told him i was doing it & he supported/supports it/me…

going was so out of my comfort zone because that’s not something i would normally do, but i absolutely love it & am so glad that i joined. i have been doing so much better with my workouts & they have helped me with my nutrition that i am actually eating stuff i had never eaten before… i meal prep & majority of the time i stick to it, there is still like maybe 15-20% of the time every once in a while i will give him and eat some kind of junk but before if i did that i would just fall off track & never get back on. so far i’ve lost 20 pounds since the beginning of the year & even though the scale doesn’t want to move i can tell i’m still losing because i’m having to buy smaller clothes.

for example we just had a long weekend of camping & before i’d come home & say i’ll just wing my meals for the week, but i’m almost done with my meal prep for the week ❤ this place & the people from coaches & other clients has changed my life 😊

GritLife Fitness is beyond awesome. Not only are the staff fantastic but the workouts a specifically designed for each individual.
My favorite part about this gym is that there are NO machines. You use your body weight (and bands, ropes, etc) to workout. YOU have to do it, NOT the machine!!!

I am so thankful for Lindsay and the team at Grit! I have tried other gyms and programs and never felt like I was a part of something or felt like a number. The personal training in a group setting is what I need. Someone that is going to push me to my limits to make me stronger and believe in myself. Not to mention when I have a bad week, or get in my feels (we’re girls we all do that at times) the coaches are there to remind you that you’re human! Followed by more encouragement and checking in. They really hold you accountable in a nice way! If you are even remotely thinking about checking out Grit, THIS IS YOUR SIGN!

GritLife Fitness was exactly what I was looking for to jump start my training program and transform my body! The trainers specifically design the workouts to assure I am reaching my specific goals. They check in to make sure I am enjoying the workout programs, as well as giving feedback on diet, supplements and outside cardio/stretching/etc. The weight, body fat and measurement check-ins assure I am reaching my goals - which I have! I love the people at GritLife and the encouraging enviroment!! Best gym ever!

If you are looking for a gym that offers quality coaching, options based on individual goals and an emphasis on community, Grit Life is the place!
Randi and Lindsay are amazing trainers that provide a supportive and fun environment. They truly care about your health and well being.
Their positive approach has really allowed me to push past my self imposed limits and achieve my personal goals.
I started training with Randi in May and within a few weeks saw results! She worked with me on proper nutrition to build muscle and customized my workouts as I built strength. She steadily increased the intensity of the workouts while making sure I felt comfortable along the way and adjusting when necessary. I currently feel stronger than I ever have before!
Marquavius has been a great addition to the team. He makes workouts fun and ensures movements are done correctly and controlled.
I cannot say enough good things about Grit Life and am excited to continue my fitness journey with them!

I was so excited when Grit Life opened. I have had a long fitness journey and this place has already taught me so much. The workouts are very challenging and you always get a great calorie burn with a good sweat. The trainers will work with you no matter what fitness level you are on. They are not all about jumping and doing everything at a fast pace. They teach you to be slow and controlled when you need to be and how to really burn out that muscle. These workouts have been easier on my joints and knees and I’m still achieving great results. Thank you Gritlife for doing everything you can for your members and always striving and pushing us to be better.

I just want to thank Grit Life Fitness, the owners, and the trainers for giving me a well rounded work out experience! nutrition class and education, personal accountability, and a great space to get in shape. The trainers are very knowledgable in so many areas of health and fitness. I have never really worked out before and they were very motivational in helping me to keep going and to not give up on myself! Will continue to work out at Grit Life and am excited to be a part of this new and upcoming gym!

The group of trainers here really do care about every single person that comes through their doors. I have been going here for awhile now and really enjoy it. This is the best gym in the Canton area in my opinion.

Absolutely the best gym EVER!!

You have personal trainers anytime you need them, guided nutrition to make the best lifestyle change you could ever ask for, and best workout you will experience in a day!!

I love going to the gym and working out now, I love the people in my classes, everyone encourages each other and no judgement from anyone.

Just the whole GRIT experience is AMAZING, best advice I can give is to come in, see it first hand how great it is!!!
