Blaze Pizza

When I say get there! Get there now! I had the pepperoni pizza with blue cheese crumble finish and let me tell you delicious and mouth watering at every bite! I really enjoyed it! I also had the cheese bread with pesto so so good!The crust were vegan, you would never guess that it was.Highly recommend!

This location is right across from UCF and near my husband's work, so it's very convenient to go there. The atmosphere is great. You notice it's upbeat and clean right away as you enter. The employees are friendly and help you through the ordering process, and if you ask for an item (then want a little more of it), they happily oblige your request! The manager (I can't remember his name) often comes out and greets customers. He even brought my daughter some stickers. He's super friendly!
The pizza is cooked quickly in an awesome brick fire oven you can see right inside. My daughter (and myself) loves to watch as they put our pizza in, and we can see it cooking! I attached a picture of my order, I get alfredo sauce with a pesto drizzle, mozzarella cheese, sausage, onion, mushroom, and tomato. And it's soOoOo good! If I'm reallllly hungry, I can eat the whole personal pizza, but if I'm not and need to take it home, they have boxes you can take your food home in. They also offer salads and other things on the menu that look delicious! I highly recommend this location if you want to have great fresh pizza for a budget friendly price.

as a vegan, i’m glad the workers would change gloves and ensure no cross contamination. vegan modifications were easy to do and required no extra effort or worries that i would receive a nonvegan food item. i like that they have options for a lot of their staple products (both a vegan meat and cheese option + the cheesy bread!).

i got a half pizza & a salad (both made vegan) and it wasn’t the best pizza or best salad i’ve had, but it was only around $12 total and tasted good. nothing was burnt or insufficient, although the salad size was kinda small. i like how customizable everything is, and i can’t really complain too much abt my experience 👍

Daniel helped us out and made 4 DELICIOUS pizzas, perfectly crafted. Great ambiance, and can't beat the pricing for this quality. It's our hometown favorite and a weekly staple for my family. You've got to try blaze while you're in the UCF area.

We love blaze they have amazing pizza! Love the take two, the caprese is so good.

The best pizza around here, I love the option of half and half, because I can choose pizza with a side, so for me is perfect!

I went here for lunch on a Monday with a friend and it was pretty chill. Our pizzas came out quickly and the blood orange lemonade was good. The 11" pizza was pretty sizeable and we could've shared it no problem, but decided to get two and ended up boxing our leftover halves. Overall, the pizza was tasty and very affordable, $10.45 for an 11".

i got a ham and bacon pizza that took a few minutes to make. the people were friendly and attentive. the restaurant was also clean.

This was my first time at Blaze and I had a great experience! The staff was so nice and accommodating and the wine pizza was incredible. Would definitely recommend if you want a great pizza near UCF.

Came here with a friend and was served by Jett who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our experience! He was super attentive and checked on us throughout our meal to make sure we were doing well as well as cleaned our table. Made coming to Blaze so much more enjoyable than usual!!

I absolutely loved Build Your Own Pizza. I had a mozzarella, chicken, and mushrooms with sweet balsamic drizzle and their fruit salad. I highly recommend it. Delicious 😋

Absolutely love coming here! One of my favorite stops for lunch. The food is always great. The manager Daniel was amazing and very kind.

I love this place and if I could I would eat their pizza every week! It is delicious, the dough is thin, the preparation makes the crust to be at the right crunchiness. I always choose to build my own pizza. It makes sense to me and I can eat an entire pizza for lunch or dinner.
This location gets busy everyday around lunch time, so be aware that you might spend sometime in line. It also appears that they always have new people, what is probably true, so sometimes the service can be a little slower. Usually, the pizza comes perfect, sometimes it can be over cooked and get a little burned. I still eat anyway.
Definitely recommend all the locations I have been to.

I love this place. You create your own pizza with so many choices of toppings and sauces. Great price and atmosphere.
