Smartpunk’s Record Shop

This place keeps everything from the old to the new in a vibrant and fun environment suitable to all ages. I wasn't looking for anything, until I found the Castlevania soundtrack that made the prefect gift. The staff were attentive & present and answered all my questions about music and vinyl record equipment since I actually hadn't looked into this prior.

Glad to see this place is still consistent after all these years and I can't wait to drop by again.

My new favorite spot for records. The majority of what I find there is new, but I’m sure if I went more regularly I would find great used options. Staff is helpful as well.

Super dope selection of vinyls. Super dim light, with easy going music to set the mood as you get lost digging for vinyls. Bryce was a great help helping me search for the exact vinyls I was in search for all day in other record stores. Drove far to come check this place out and well worth the drive. I'll be back forsure!

Fun store with great atmosphere, a wide selection of vinyl (and a few cassette tapes, too), and friendly and helpful staff.

(Note: Google Maps recommended this place to me when I was looking for "used CDs." I asked, and they DO NOT HAVE used CDs. Oops. For that, it was recommended that I check out Rock-n-Roll Heaven.)

Rad record store. Nice modern punk section, and a lot of hardcore and metal records on vinyl. Lots of vintage. One of my favorite new record stores in orlando.

Very chill tucked away record shop! With a stellar selection for any genre you may be looking for!

After my first visit, I’m a fan of this shop. Alex keeps a great collection of new and vintage vinyl. Don’t be fooled by the name, he has more than punk including jazz and soul sections. All the records are covered in plastic and have stickers with the title on it, so it’s easy to quickly browse through everything.

I had some extra records lying around and brought them in. Alex gave me a great deal for them. I highly recommend this shop for buying and trading records. Nice looking store too.

Very cool shop and luckily the closest one to me. I’ll be shopping here for years, great selection of new and used records, and GREAT store credit prices for vinyl trade-ins. It’s overtaken park ave cd’s as my favorite record store, the employees have great taste in music.

My husband and I are Former Central Florida resident that now resides in Atlanta. This shop has been on our bucket list and we finally made it out there after the 1st RSD of 2021. We found a wonderful selection of Vinyl new and used but most importantly we found the staff informative, friendly and more than willing to ham it up with us! Upon seeing our selections they wanted to make sure we knew there was a special rare pressing they had available just for us to take a look at.

this is a very awesome record shop. they have quite an assortment of punk, some metal, some world, lots of rock, jazz, blues, etc. not much in the way of goth but i did find Dead Can Dance. the staff is always really friendly and the store is clean but lived in.

They’re good people, very fair with trades, and willing to talk music with old guys like me. I don’t know why anyone would give less than a 5, y’all need to reevaluate your life choices .

Awesome selection, well organized and really nice staff

Mostly new vinyls, and if they have an artist, they have a ton of that artist. Lots of Tame Impala, MF DOOM, and Chet Baker’s catalogs. Also the only record store I’ve seen with a great box set selection. The box sets are NOT CHEAP, but if you feel like treating yourself, then go here. The Slow Rush box set was my present to myself for the semester.

What a cool spot! Great selection, especially if you're a punk / hardcore / alt rock fan. The staff is professional and always ready to answer questions. Definitely one my new go-tos next time I'm in Central Florida.

Without a doubt, a true top-shelf record store. New releases are always on deck, and the vintage bins never cease to amaze. Check out the walls too, you'll definitely find something you didn't know you needed there! Prices are more than fair here. The best part, though, is the staff. Whether it's a new reccomendation, looking for something specific, or just talking music in general, everyone here knocks it out of the park. Genuinely cool and awesome people, and that alone makes Smartpunk an instant return, every time.
