AT&T Store

I had a problem with Verizon, i was looking for a phone carrier with good customer service and great rates and thats exactly what Erica and Ethan gave me! Super Happy with my Service they gave me at the store, i truly feel like a VIP Customer..

This store is now my favorite store. I had Erica help me with all my needs. She knows her stuff, and she went above and beyond to help me! Thank you so much Erica! Also MJ for the assist! Will be telling my friends to come to you guys for their cell phone needs.

Manager Erica was a dream! Very friendly and provided amazing customer service. Came in to upgrade my iPhone and she made the process so smooth and easy. Explained everything throughly and even saved my mom and I a ton of money on our plan. Super kind in the process-she is amazing at her job!!

Erica and MJ have excellent customer service and have went above and beyond to help me and my fiancée. I would highly recommend stopping in and seeing these two ladies. If your not an At&t customer you are missing out. . Thank you again ladies for all your help.

I ended up at this store when the AT&T on Goldenrod was closed at 11:00 on a Tuesday? No posted hours and no reason. Thank goodness because this store is where I needed to be for great service. Luis took time with us and also explained the new Direct Streaming option. He was training another gentleman and was attentive with all of us. The store had several customers walk in while were there and we never felt rushed or ignored. Everyone was served and environment was positive. Great service from this team and their team leader!!

I have ATT services from 2008 and had both bad and good experiences but today my visit to this location of ATT changed my experience to be the best and outstanding. Luis and Mr. K was awesome . I felt assisted well ,not intimidated with marketing tactics and was given 💯 percent attention as a customer. Luis was outstanding in his well behaving mannerism and customer care. As a pervious manager in a company I can very well tell you he is an asset to any company. His dedication enthusiasm and work ethics is exceptional. I liked his marketing strategy in selling products as well. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends for ATT services

Great place. I was helped by an Hispanic manager and he was great. I mentioned the fact that he was Hispanic cause I don’t remember his name and that might help identify him by management and say thanks on my behalf. Very knowledgeable and explained everything on the detail. Highly recommended.
