WE LOVE CARL!! He deserves a promotion, and a raise. He is always so friendly and good at ringing up items. He is a fantastic employee and this 7/11 is always clean and has excellent service.

Awesome convenience store! Has all the essentials and is right on UCF main campus.
Definitely Recommend !!

People here are always nice, and there's always a deal on something. Great place to stop in the middle of the night when everything else is closed.

It seems like a smaller store. Not many fountain drink choices.

This 7-11 was great last year. Unfortunately this year, the store has been very unreliable with it just being randomly closed. Recently they’ve started putting up a sign saying you can only pay at self-checkout (which doesn’t accept cash either). It doesn’t make sense as there are employees there, it’s not customer-friendly, and I won’t be going back to this location if they keep doing this.

Love the location but all the staff will not press your sandwich only will microwave and make it soggy swill. Maybe lazy

The one cashier here, David, is the absolute BEST and definitely deserves a raise!!

But, unfortunately, the management here seems like utter trash 🤮

The older lady who works here, Angelica, seems like a terrible employee. I would give her and this store a 0 star if I could, because of her attitude soley. She is always so sour when I come into this location and ALWAYS rude whenever you ask her a question about anything 👎🏻

If it wasn’t for the few positive employees they have here, I wouldn’t be returning back to this store for anything, but it’s because of them that I even go back.
