Calling in for a prescription update this morning we found out that the supply chain issues are resurfacing again and we want to give a huge shout out for any regional manager, or any district manager to recognize Kaitlyn in the pharmacy. Certain medications you may need for high blood pressure or many other serious ailments are now on back order from the manufacturers Walgreens may buy from. Kaitlyn went above tand beyond by working with our provider and ourselves to work out a solution to split up a higher dose medication that was in stock to keep us from going without. Her effort to work with our provider and keep us healthy and safe should be recognized by Walgreens upper management. A true gem at this location. Thank you Kaitlyn!

Walgreens pharmacy is always busy, but they are always helpful and friendly despite the heavy workload. In store shots given if needed.

I love Walgreens, you can find just about anything you want and need there, I even bought an adorable tank dress there. They have great deals most of the time plus they offer their card which you can earn money with purchases that can be used on future orders. I even accumulated $20 once which I got to use to take off of my purchase which was great!

The staff are so kind and smiling! The general manager even showed up and talked to the staff and cut up with the customers! Very great experience and will return! Quality of photos are AWESOME! Thank you so much Walgreens for being a great example of customer service! 😎

I love the pharmacy staff, they are always kind and helpful and I often see them take personal interest in the welfare of their clients. Its so personable to see the same staff each time you visit for a refill. I think those young ladies do a phenomenal job, (the pharmacy technicians), Im sure they dont make alot of money doing that job but they make me feel extra special each time I go in. That means alot.

It's a drug store. They had what I went for. No wait line. Case closed.

Needed unexpected prescriptions while travelling through Franklin. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Prescriptions were readied in less than an hour from the call-in time. Much appreciated.
