I see David and Maxime every time I come to this spot and they are an absolute JOY to be served by! They always have amazing personalities, customer service, and the most beautiful smiles on their faces. Keep up the good work guys!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by David who was super kind in telling me some of their most ordered drinks. He guided me in choosing the perfect drink for my specific likings and was very knowledgeable with the menu. I’d definitely recommend coming to this location and have David serve you!

I came down to Florida from New Jersey to visit some family and came here after trying some other place to broaden my horizons. Very nice staff and were helpful with giving my aunt suggestions, as it was her first time trying Kung Fu Tea. It had a nice comfortable vibe and we enjoyed what we ordered so thanks so much!

I was so excited when I heard this location was open again. This KFT is close to UCF campus and the whole interior was remodeled along with new management and new employees.

This location had lots of spots to take cute pictures as well as very nice indoor seating. Right now they are only serving drinks, but I can’t wait to try out the food when it starts being served again.

The Thai milk tea was very tasty and the tapioca was nice and chewy. Give this place a try!

Excellent service and drinks. The owner even came out and greeted us so nicely. He also gave us some samples that were so good we purchased 2 more drinks.

I’m sitting here at 1:10pm still waiting for the mobile order that said it would be ready by 12:35pm. 🫤

On top of that, the ambience inside was a little quiet and awkward.

I come in almost every day, and I’m greeted by the friendly staff! My order is very unique, and David has memorized it and practically has it ready for me as I’m Walking in! A very nice atmosphere and very tasty products! The staff make you feel welcomed and genuinely do their best at their work! I would highly recommend!

The bubbles had an interesting texture they were very soft and gooey. The couch was comfortable but I would love for them to hire me as an interior designer because they have so much vertical space that’s not being used and the floor is mostly empty. It is not super cozy. The tea was average but good because I love everything. THE BATHROOMS: very interesting! Their toilet had a “POO” decal on it, love it.

This is the first bubble tea place Ive been to. Good experience over all. The cashier was friendly and informative and the tea was delish! Worth the long drive for me since I live an hour away. Id definitely go back when in that area. The location seems like it could make accessing this place difficult at times as its a busy strip mall near UCF.

New owners have this place running smoothly! The bubble tea was excellent and the bubbles were especially fresh! They just melt in your mouth. Free wifi and a great location next to UCF.

This little spot is amazing! My husband and I come here all the time after dinner for a boba drink and the staff is always so friendly and they make amazing drinks. About a month ago I placed a 6 drink order through the app and it was so easy to use and customize. They made the drinks super quick too! 10/10

I went during the Honkai Event and a lovely person named Mafusu (?) helped me alot with ordering and also gave me the character stickers I wanted!! They’re really nice :)

I’m a very common boba drinker and this place definitely exceeded my expectations. The owner personally greeted me and my friends. Definitely a 10/10! I highly recommend this place! It also has a very nice background for IG pictures. Try out the S’mores Slush.

I love kung fu tea! There isn’t something that I’ve tried and haven’t liked. My favorite drink is the rosehip lemonade. It’s so so so good. The taro is solid too. The customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s the most helpful service and sometimes they just don’t have the patience. Arguably my fave spot in town!

Some of the best boba tea in town conveniently located across from UCF. Love how you can easily customize the levels of sugar and ice in your order. Probably my favorite taro milk tea compared against Quickly and Chewy.

Just had the best experience here! The barista made sure my tea was perfect and was amazing!!!
