Amazing customer service! Purchased a Logitech MX mouse for just shy of $100. Logitech didn't make it clear the battery wasn't a standard battery, but one that cost $15+ to replace and the great lengths you have to go to in order to access the battery. The Clearwater Office Depot came to my rescue and honored a return. This is why we shop at Office Depot vs. other big box stores.

Awesome customer service. I made a mistake with the print order I asked them to complete. Despite the mistake being on me they had no issues in fixing it without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Had some trouble ordering online, the folders I wanted for school were showing available but my order got cancelled due to it being out of stock. I decided to call and immediately got connected with the sweetest assistant, didn’t get his name, but he made sure to check the stock in-store and ended up finding them. Am so so happy and will continue going to this store. 20/10!!

I am new to printing. Went to the Belcher OD and all be one machine was broken. Then went to the Missouri OD and the dude said it's impossible to print anything darker than the original. Which I thought was odd because the Belcher machine did it. Not wanting the hassle of broken machines again I visited this OD and got all the help I needed. Been in 4 days in a row to fix my report and they showed me how to use the machine's and make the copy's darker... everything was working as well. Best OD and Staff ever! I don't care that it's out of my way it's worth it for the Excellent Service!

Finally got everything on the school list. Walmart was almost sold out on the binders and a few other items. But we got everything left here. Should have just come straight here and beaten the Saturday morning crowd.

Violet deserves a raise! She overdelivered on what she provided in record time! Grateful for her help! Made my day and a huge difference making me want to come back- thank you!

Great experience! Ordered Online on Sunday Morning & went to pick up Saturday Morning. My credit card was rejected for an address we moved to (Zip code still showing as prior address) - No worries Danyl went & retrieved what I intended to order & my card was accepted in person. I was in & out in 10 min or less & back to work... Thank you Danyl! :-)

Wes and Mike were absolutely wonderful and so helpful helping me find the right adapter cable for my computer. They paid close attention to the pictures I showed them of the back of my external monitor and the ports on the side of my laptop to make sure I got the right one.

It really was so nice to come across them today, as I was having such a hard time connecting these two items together. I'm so thankful for them!

The sales people were very pleasant and helpful. They answered my questions thoroughly and knowingly. The copier had run out of paper, and the assistant very quickly loaded a new ream of paper. In a short period of time, I had completed my task and was on my way!

I've been going to this particular O.F.D at least once a week sometimes 2 every week for about 2 months. Literally. Everyone there are exceptionally great in the copy area. It doesn't matter if there busy or not their pleasant (most). If your lucky enough to go from 3 to close, I think those few ROCK!!! Thanks for everything guy's!!!

I am hosting a bridal shower. I made a purchase from Etsy and needed to have several items printed. I uploaded my items from home and picked up my completed order at this store. The lady behind the counter could not have been nicer, and my order is absolutely perfect. I needed to go back today to have one more item printed. It needed to be resized and cut. I again had a great experience. Thank you, Clearwater Office Depot!

Our business does lots of printing and at the recommendation of Netta we applied for the store purchasing card. This saves so much on printing costs. The print quality is perfect and turn around time is usually a day or two. Netta is very efficient and working with her has been a pleasure.
