Good selection of clothing for sports. Huge shoe department. Lots of water sports gear. My friend bought a nice pair of binoculars today. The salesman was super friendly, and helped her find the perfect pair. Turns out that the ones she had been trying out were display samples. The salesman gave her a new pair in the PLASTIC CLAMSHELL OF DEATH packaging. She was afraid to buy them, but the lovely cashier bravely opened the packaging for her. I wish I had asked her name. She had a wonderful sense of humor too!

Shoutout to the Manager Danny at this location who stepped in and took care of us today after having an issue with an employee sending our order to NY. He was very patient and kind.

Back up tubes and got patches, sorry y'all I got the last ones (27.5x2x) and had to take one with a Presta valve... Pretty basic bicycling section... Rest of the store looked clean & well-stacked... Tasha, cashier, was very helpful and signed me up for their rewards program, though it didn't save me on this purchase... If I'm ever back in this area I'll visit for any sporting good needs...

Dick's Sporting Goods in Fort Myers is the best place to shop for all your sport needs. This store is kept clean, is ADA accessible, has public restrooms and helpful staff.

They have a great selection of golf gear, and their staff clearly has been trained to know their equipment. Whatever sport or outdoor activity you are into shop Dick's Sporting Goods.

Just went here for two sets of cornhole boards for our wedding party tomorrow. I don’t know why I thought I’d be able to lift them myself, and immediately had to ask for help lol. Chris asked if I needed help, I told him the situation, and he happily said he’d go grab them. Brought them up front for me to cash out, and then loaded them into my car HIMSELF like the Incredible Hulk. Wild. Matt cashed me out and was also very nice. Best customer service experience I’ve had in years.

My interaction was for an online order.
I bought a set of golf clubs. When they arrived, the 3 wood had been damaged. Understandable, shipping accidents happen.
Customer service promptly set me a new set with a FedEx label to return the others.
I wish all my customer service interactions were this smooth.

Jaren was a huge help in the golf section! We were just there with specific questions about a club we have in NH. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. The store is lucky to have Jaren!

Visiting from Alabama and staying on Captiva. Decided to try some shore fishing for the first time. Tristan assisted me with my purchases. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. The rest of the staff were helpful as well. Great experience.

Bryan in the golf section is awesome. He was very busy and still made the effort to make sure that I got the help I needed. I ended up picking out a driver and there was a mix up with the price but the manager Fulse immediately honored it without hesitation. I look forward to coming back!

Bright, easy to find everything kind of store with a good staff. I think their sporting goods & clothing are solid quality and fairly priced. A couple of weeks ago, I picked up some golf pants at their end of summer sale. I do that every year.

Dick’s has amazing customer service. Their employees will go over and beyond to assist you. You can tell , they are trained to value their customers. Curbside pick up is , fast , easy and wonderful.

I walked in looking for Dress pants that were made for athletic offices such as a gym. I work at Around the clock fitness on Boy Scout in Fort Myers, FL. I met a man named Jim there who was extremely helpful. He showed me exactly where the pants were at. He was one of the role players on the team I suppose, but extremely professional. He acknowledged me as an athlete which I thought was very Cool. Jim guides me to the dressing room, and as I was leaving he asked me how I liked them, which I did. Anyhow I was just looking, I get paid on that week’s Friday and I didn’t want to spend any cash. He then educated me on different ways of purchasing at that location through credit. I thought to myself... “ Okay how much are they paying this guy..” He was just a sincere decent person who was there to help. I enjoyed my visit, I hope they promote him, and for the nature of the facility.. they usually are busy in the morning but as the afternoon progresses they’ll be more than happy to help.

Very large selection with plenty of sizes and merchandise to choose from. Also had a clearance section with some really good deals. Store seemed clean, was approached multiple times by staff asking if I needed help. Shoe department is very large with a track to try out shoes on.
