My son and I went there on Tuesday morning to get a Valentine's gift for my son's girlfriend and their year anniversary and Linda and Jessica were the most helpful respectful down to earth women did everything they could to do to help us and had great conversation I really do appreciate these two ladies you two made me a very happy mother and happy 19 year old son and a great one year anniversary by going out of your way to make sure the box the presentation everything was perfect thank you ladies so much we will be back!

Mrs. Jessie was so helpful she helped me pick out a Birthday present for my wife was extremely knowledgeable and importantly to me, was that she was patient with me because I was indecisive. We had came up with a beautiful matching Necklace and Bracelet. Im confident that my purchase for my wife, she would be proud to wear everyday if she desired.

After a hassle with the Woodstock outlets location I went to canton Kay, in hopes to have my center stone replaced after it fell out.

It was such a dramatic difference like night and day how I was treated at this location!

I worked with David and Jennifer and was met with empathy and kindness from the second i walked in.

They took care of my ring & my center stone got replaced and my experience was much better here! This is my go to Kay from now on.

Today, my daughter and I went to Kay Jewelers in Canton, GA. We were happily greeted by Krystal R. and who helped us with our purchase. We were shopping for a present for her school friend. Even though we did not have a large budget for this purchase, Krystal R. helped us with suggestions and made us feel important. Krystal was also very kind and stayed focused on us. Krystal R. provided a perfect shopping experience and I am thrilled to write this review to highly recommend Kay Jewelers in Canton, GA and Krystal R. as a salesperson. I do not find this level of service and care very often in today's climate. I will definitely return to this location to shop with Krystal R. again.

She was very patient, and helped me pick out the perfect item. I had an idea going on what I was looking for, but she helped confirm my initial thoughts. I couldn't be happier with the service I was provided and will definitely return for service and future purchases.

David and the other sales associates are extremely welcoming and offer a pressure free shopping experience. David assisted me with an issue I had with my ring and exceeded my expectations with his resolution to my problem. I will start with the Amazing young lady named Krystal R. She has been amazing every time I have been in. Always polite and professional, very excited to give you information on great deals they have etc. with that being said, the rewards program that was started last year is a scam. I got zero discount for purchasing around 4500.00 dollars worth of jewelry last year. I had rather not be offered a rewards program than it be like that.

Great customer service experience with Jessie today celebrating my 10 year anniversary. Great service as always, very accommodating and patient to make my Kay experience exceptional once again.

Great experience all around! I’ve shopped here a few times. Most recently, the manager there went above and beyond to help me get the right size necklace for my wife. Highly recommend based on excellent customer service.

Had a wonderful time shopping for a sterling chain with Linda Chrisman. She was extremely friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for and helped me make an educated decision on a necklace. I have never had a better experience with a jewelry representative or store. Jessicie Reed(Gruber) helped me look at certain diamonds and explained the difference between them. My mother just passed away and I was given her rings to have. Krystal went above and beyond to help me get the right size and help me with any questions that I had. I cant wait to see the rings when they come back!!

Let me start by saying I was having a terrible day and couldn't stop crying. I decided to treat myself to an early birthday present. I swung by the store at Canton Marketplace and was BLOWN AWAY by the level of empathy, quality engagement, and superior customer service I was showered with. I literally was only shopping in the $150-$250 range but that deterred nobody. Krystal, Valerie, and Jessica teamed up and made me feel like a princess. They completely made my day!
