We brought our road bikes in for their annual tune up. Once again, nothing but top notch service provided. Extremely reasonable on price. When we picked them up, they explained everything that they did in detail. I love knowing that we have someone we can trust with our bikes.

Great staff, knowledgeable beyond belief. I always walk out of there with a better understanding of what I'm experiencing with my bike. They went through my bike after lots of hard miles and it feels like brand new.

We have been loyal customers for 30 years. Bought many bikes and skis here. The service is outstanding. We stopped in to pick up a new pump this week. Jon L and everyone else was friendly and very helpful. The shop looks amazing with the refinished wood floors and bright atmosphere. When you think of “local bike shop” this is the real deal.

Spring Street Sports is a great local bike shop (LBS) that I trust. I'm an avid road cyclist, and I know that when I bring in my racing bike it's in good hands. They're mechanics are skilled and knowledgeable. I always find them willing to take the time to talk mechanical issues and repairs and even give some know-how if it's a repair you can take care of at home.
I find their costs to be fair and their service timely. In fact, there was a time recently when I had something fail on me two days before a race, and they were able to fit in the repair in a pinch.
This is exactly what you're looking for in an LBS with a skilled staff who know their craft, know cycling, have familiarity with the area, and are friendly enough to take time for you and shoot the breeze. They stock your regular cycling fare, help you with bike fittings, and they outfit for cross country skiing as well.

Personal attention by a knowledgeable sales representative. They did a great job explaining bike carrier options and features. Accessories for our bikes were available and quickly installed.

We had a WONDERFUL experience at Spring Street Sports! My daughter's tire wouldn't pump up and we brought it in to see if they could help us out. The friendly gentleman working determined it was just fine but in the process checked the tread on her tires and to see if the chain was in good working order as well. He also helped her choose some new handle grips and was kind enough not to charge us for the labor. Super friendly and kind young man! We will definitely be back :)

The guys at Spring Street Sports were awesome to work with. They gave my bike a great spring tune-up and were very honest in letting me know what needed to be replaced and what didn't need to be yet. I thoroughly trust them with any future work on my bike.

Customer Service was awesome at Spring Street Sports. Even though they were busy, I was greeted right away and asked if I needed help. Working with Nate was especially helpful - I had talked with him on the phone prior to my visit, and he was even more helpful in person. He has a ton of knowledge on bikes, how to find the perfect fit, and different trail systems to check out. The whole experience was great, I never felt rushed, and it felt like everyone truly cares about their work at Spring Street. Highly recommend!

I went to this shop the first time today. I was very frustrated with a simple issue like purchasing and installing an odometer for my bicycle. Brooks was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I have found my new go to shop for all my cycling needs. 🥰

I've had great experiences with the staff at SSS. From purchasing a new bike a few years ago, weather gear for cooler mornings, and servicing my bike. On those times I needed to get some service done on my bike, they have gotten me in within a day and didn't take more than another day to get the items completed/repaired. Great local small business to work with!!

We recently purchased a bike for our ten year old daughter’s birthday present. The staff were extremely helpful and we appreciated how they spoke right to our daughter, including her, asking her questions and explaining the features of the bike to her.
