Found the perfect low boots for fall and winter. Bought brown and got the black pair half off. Nice! Employees very nice. Nice clean store.

Last minute shopping on Christmas eve. Store was not busy at all. Store associates were super helpful. We got in and out in less than 30 minutes. Meanwhile the Nike outlet has a line out rhe door.

Thank goodness they had BOGO half price! I would have left empty handed! They do have a great selection of different styles. You be nuts if you don't buy two pair. Most of the men shoes I was looking at were around $69 to $79 a pair!

Rack room is one of my go tos for shoe shopping. Take the whole family and get something for everyone! Always some type of promotion going on so you can usually snag a good deal! Conveniently located in the pottery and on the end of the strip makes this store one of the easiest to park and go to. Recently renovated so it’s looking even better now!

Love it! Super friendly staff and they raise money to help local underprivileged kids get shoes, and they match each donation dollar for dollar! Great experience every time!

Love them. I used to go to Skechers in the same outlmall, but the attitudes of the employees have gotten very unfriendly. I decided to go to Rack Room and they're just amazing there. I could actually find shoes in my size

I wear a 15 so not always easy to find shoes. Rack Room has never let me down. Always manage to find something in my size. Oh yeah I have a wide foot too. Still they come through

This place use to be unorganized and very difficult to find what u like but today I found quite a good selection of styles and price ranges got two nice name brand pairs of shoes for 75$ rhymes with mikee, I usually order my shoes off the Anazon <-Intentional, but lately with bad fits I will go here and prices were great unless u r looking something that has exact color scheme this is a great place and friendly staff a little paranoid but friendly
