AT&T Store

Levi was awesome. He jumped up on our RV roof and installed the Sim card in our Winegard antenna unit in an oncoming thunderstorm! The transaction took 20 min. All other ATT stores I have been at took over 2 hours no matter what my needs. Levi you are a great young man and you have a great future ahead of you. Thank you!

Had a great experience thanks to the help & expertise of Cameron! He was super knowledgeable, friendly & made the whole experience of switching services & getting a new phone seamless.

We needed some tech support done on my phone and being at wits end with it myself and done with dealing with reps on the phone, we headed to the store. Went in and was taken care in a timely manner. The young lady that helped us was named Christina, she was very pleasant to deal with.

Levi was the best! I couldn’t ask for a better experience. He fixed my phone and even cleaned it for me. Looks brand spanking new.

I switched over to AT&T earlier this week & I had a fantastic experience. Dustin was extremely helpful!!! He was patient with my million questions & on top of that, he was working by himself & seamlessly helped us all! It seemed like he truly cared about the best interests of us all & that is everything to me!!! Highly highly recommend!!!

Katarina made my dreaded much procrastinated visit into the store the best experience ever as I had several different issues to resolve as well as adding an extra line to my phone. She was so knowledgeable and efficient that it seem like I was only there a few minutes and I didn’t have to hunt and peck through sales pitch to find out exactly what I needed and was in my best interest. This literally was the best experience I have had with AT&T in the last 15 years of service!! Andre, her coworker even added such value at points of conversation and both representatives went above and beyond!! Rare these days and was golden experience!! Thank you!!

Levi and Dustin Gave me superb customer service. They actually found an old account that was not mine and helped me get that fixed. They took time and effort with me to reset and do all my new phones. I highly recommend the store

The AT&T Store in santa rosa beach Store #2078- 101 is the best experience I have ever had in going to any of the AT&T stores around my reps name were cameron so understanding so helpful and so patient i would tell everyone around me that have AT&T to use that store once again thank you cameron for your service and your kindness

Came here to get service after a bad experience at Verizon and the guy working was excellent. Was very transparent about costs and helpful in our decision making process. Complete contrast from Verizon and had a great selection of phones on display. The gentleman working stayed late and was very helpful in setting up our new plan. I was glad I went here instead of Verizon and would recommend giving AT&T a chance before signing up at Verizon. We got $700 credit for for my wife switching from Verizon and I’m glad we did.

Customer service is out of this world. Rep Laura Holman is top notch. I have been struggling with horrible problems on a second tier carrier and could not be happier with the switch to AT&T, with Laura's help! She explained everything in detail and even though I walked in just before closing time she stayed and happily helped me until complete. If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommend! A+!

Levi is knowledgeable, personable and makes being in a phone store a pleasant experience. No trying to push extra upgrades, etc. just took care of my problem and I was on my way.
