Best Buy is our go-to place for electronics. I even bought my Maytag washer and dryer there. We've had total tech with Geek Squad for years and found it invaluable! We just got our grandson's car stereo there, complete with installation that, of course, is covered by our Geek Squad contract. Great place!

This is the place for a techy like me, clean, nice staff, and organized with good inventory and stock. I can confidently say I buy ALL my electronics here and get good discounts that rival any online store or deals going on. As a veteran, I sometimes get even better deals than anyone could anywhere and no need for same day shipping when it's the same day in my home or computer. My mouse, keyboard, Webcam, and computer on top of some smart lights and leds all come from this beautiful mecha of all places, tech, and cool. Hell, even my coffee pot has wifi and Netflix (jk) 🤣. My next purchase is one of the scooters, so I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for ANYTHING electronic.

We had a radio installed in our car. The technician was fast, knowledgeable and very helpful as well as polite.

Got to see Geek at my scheduled time. Took 5 minutes to fix my phone issue. He was very familiar with Samsung and went right to the setting needed.

Had Spencer and Mike do a speaker install today in my 2020 Honda Civic Si today and they were very professional and did a wonderful job!! Sound is of premium quality and takes so much of the stress off my factory speakers! And not to miss; it comes with lifetime warranty on installation!

Black Friday weekend shopping is not for the faint of heart. Between this location and Kennesaw, I'll go to Canton anytime. Brock, the store manager, and his team were helpful today. This is contrary to the very disappointing service I received from Kennesaw. It shouldn't take driving from Kennesaw to Canton, to make a laptop purchase. The store manager at Kennesaw could learn needed customer service skills from Brock.

The customer service is excellent. I bought almost $400 worth of wifi hardware, and after testing it , I decided I didn't want to keep it. No problems with the refund; easy peasy.

Bought insignia 115 can beverage cooler online. Super easy in store pick up. They will even in bring whatever you bought out to your car. Good customer service.

I had a great experience at this store. Jazmyn offers excellent customer service and when there was trouble pulling up my Best Buy account, she was super helpful in getting it all figured out. Definitely recommend this location!

Ordered the Iphone 15 plus here. Sterling (from verizon) helped me throughout the whole process. He even spoke to CitiBank to get the best promotional offer due to some issue between Best Buy and Citibank. Thank you Sterling! Highly recommend to buy your next phone at this location!

I went in to buy a cellphone. I was in and out in just a few minutes. Very fast and courteous employees. No sales pressure at all.

The guy that brought the t.v. out to my car said I need the “code” and this t.v.s not going to fit in your suburban. Thankfully another guy came by , he told me not to worry about the code after he asked me some questions, then he asked me if he wanted him to climb in my suburban

Helpful employees. They don’t have quite as many items as some stores and have referred me to the Kennesaw store for some computers but this is my preferred store for good service.
