Rachel is the best of the best!! I had the best experience from beginning to end. I didn’t offer much for what I had in mind and it was no problem for her. She took excellent care of it and made my hair turn out absolutely beautiful. I have not a single complaint when it comes to Rachel and this salon.

Went in with a birds nest 😅 and left feeling AMAZING 🤩! Rachel at R.A.H_Hair Salon explained the entire process and it was all very well executed! Had my first cut with Rachel and she was super accommodating and patient with me! I had trouble getting to my appointment on time, but was met with welcome regardless. She worked with me on deciding what I wanted done with my hair as well as introducing me to some new products. Thanks again and will be back ;) best regards

Wow this is such a perfect little salon for Covid! I spoke to the owner of the building and he'd designed the place so each salon has its own filtration system and floor to ceiling sliding glass walls so eveyone is safe and contained in their own little bubble. You even have to get buzzed in to enter the building and the salon owner comes straight to the door and walks you straight back to her salon. So there are no random people wandering in-and-out. Only active clients completely sealed behind 360 floor to ceiling glass walls. And everything feels so spacious because of the glass. I've been feeling so guilty about needing to get my hair cut and roots done for work. But couldn't find a safe place. This place is such a godsend!

And Rachel was absolutely amazing! I got a much needed trim, style, deep conditioning treatment, and roots done. You can tell she really knows her stuff. I loved chatting with her and found out she was french trained and pre covid she regularly traveled the world doing continued education in cut, color, and style.

Also she only uses the best products and I could tell that my hair was not getting damaged AT ALL by her hot tools. I am always so worried about damaging my hair with unnecessarily over using hot tools. And most salons go straight to hot tools when they see my all natural waist length hair... but not Rachel. She actually put in the extra work to do most of the styling by hand and via blowout. She was even able to get my black hair a lovely chestnut color without damaging it! Which is a huuuuge deal, and especially hard to do since my real hair goes all the way down to my waist! She didn't even bat an eye at my requests and my hair looked so good by the end that I thought it was extentions. I couldn't believe it was my real hair! Thank you so much Rachel!!!

Absolutely adore Rachel! My 16 year old daughter and I don’t have easy hair but she was able to manage our chaos with the sweetest and most welcoming disposition.
I highly recommend her to everyone! If she can make my teenage daughter happy, she can please anyone!

Raychel is so talented, energetic, and patient with me! I can be a handful with what all I want to do with my hair (rainbows, vivid colors etc) and she always nails it. She’s confident, more than fair with her prices, and fun to talk to. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair.

The service and professionalism are exceptional and the atmosphere is fun and inviting. Rachel has cut my hair for over 2 years and I have never been disappointed. She does an incredible job and always goes above and beyond. From scalp massages to an array of various hair color options to several complimentary drink and snack options to vegan hair shampoos and conditioners.. the list goes on. There are endless reasons why I have and would recommend her to anyone.

I just moved to Augusta, GA and was not very impressed with the stylists in the area. Also, I did not like the long wait times to get an appointment. A friend introduced me to Rachel, and I was more than impressed with the quality of her work. She listened and 100% met my expectations. I love that she perfectly matched my natural hair color, and my hair feels so healthy and silky. I felt so beautiful after she gave me a mini blowout. Additionally, I love the environment. When you make an appointment, you are her only client for that time so there is no feeling of being rushed out the door. We had great conversations, and she is so sweet. I highly recommend her salon and will definitely make the the trip to see her for my touch up!

I am so happy I found this salon. Rachel is by far the best hairdresser I have ever been to. After moving from NY to here, it took me almost 5 years to find her. She listens to what you want, the color last, amazing haircut, and her blowouts are gorgeous. I appreciate the little things like not leaving with a stained head,(dark brown color) my hair doesn’t smell like chemicals. The salon is super clean, and beautifully decorated. She takes the time to teach you hairstyling techniques. I highly recommend Rachel, you won’t be disappointed.

Rachel always does a fantastic job on my hair! I am continually changing my look with different cuts and she always listens, observes the different directions my hair grows, and works out the best cut and look for me based on what I want. I love my style and walk out of her salon feeling pampered and beautiful.

Rachell has been cutting my hair for close to a year. I have several hair growth “swirls” “cow licks”, and a very long hairline at nape of my neck. My hair is fine, thin, and salt and pepper. Rachell always does a wonderful job with each new style I want to try. This last visit was my favorite! She gave me layers, bangs as I requested, and I love my cut!!! No one has done such a great job on the back layers as Rachell 😊. She worked with my stubborn swirl area beautifully …. I’m very happy with her artsy talent!

I came here super nervous and on edge (after another salon destroyed my hair), I walked in and loved the creativity she put into the salon and the entire energy was great! Rachel did a color correction on my hair and when I tell u I was nervous, I was NERVOUS! She was extremely professional and really listened to me. When she was done with the color and treatments, I was in actual shock! Couldn't believe this was really MY HAIR! if I could give her 10 stars I would! Please go see her if you're considering it, the entire experience was perfect! Next time I'll be relaxed and just enjoy it!!
