Today, I had such a scary experience with my 3 year old boy. He hit his head and need stitches the staff was so wonderful and quick in getting us in. They were so positive and made me feel reassured and comfortable with the whole process, I feel blessed to have such an amazing team help patch my son up. I believe the physicians assistant name was Jon. He was wonderful and did an amazing job at stitching up the wound, thank you if you see this!

Melissa and Jam were great phlebotomists! When my wife didn't do well with a blood draw, they were so kind and caring and made sure she was alright. I would highly recommend this location for healthcare services!

I have been here for my primary care and their urgent care. Great providers each time I have come here. Excellent time management. Helpful care. Easy parking.

I just transferred to the Salt Lake Clinic this year and my experience has been absolutely wonderful. I would recommend Dr. Kartes again and again. He is the first doctor who has taken the time to listen to my concerns and come up with solutions. He is quick to get you into a scheduled appointment and has followed up rapidly when I message him on MyHealth.
Overall the clinic is extremely clean and well run.

Friendly staff, quick entrance to appointment with doctor and nurse and doctor is very good to work with. Doctor listens and appreciates your concerns. He is very knowledgeable and if he doesn’t know will find out immediately. I intend on using this doctor as long as he is at the clinic.

I forgot to stay on the line to complete the customer service survey with the representative I spoke with in Internal Medicine, but I just wanted to say she was kind, patient, and so understanding--I love this clinic, the staff has been wonderful.

Have been going here more than 20 years and have seen at least 6 different providers in that span for various reasons. In general I feel I get expert, compassionate care. If you have had a bad experience, give them a second chance. No one is perfect, and long wait times are sometimes unavoidable.

Im a trans non binary person and I can’t here to see my new pcp. The whole experience was amazing. There’s lgbtq flags everywhere and it’s very clear they support queer people here, which immediately made me feel more comfortable. There’s plenty of parking which makes it easier. There’s directories and directions on where to go all over and it makes it very easy to get around without asking for help, which I have a hard time doing. I don’t think I ever want to go to another clinic.

I have been going to this clinic for years, even prior to the new facility being built. I have never had any issues and really like the fact that everything is in one building. I also work right around the corner, which makes it convenient and easy for me. I would highly recommend this place, for urgent care, blood work, primary care physician and orthopedics (which I have used them all over the years). The only downfall at times is that appointments may run a little over.

Went in early morning they had a sign up telling wait time 5-15 minutes. I checked in and was done giving blood in 7 minutes. Staff was friendly. I am sure they do get busy.

I've used the pediatric office, urgent care for myself and children, as well as an internal medicine doc for my aging 30-something year old body. All have been good experiences. I've appreciated the careful questioning, sharing, and expertise at the pediatric clinic. I once saw an amazing DO at the urgent care after a car accident. He was incredible. The internal med doc is highly sought after and doesn't accept new patients because his panel is super full. He's incredible.

I have never had a bad experience at this clinic. I have some chronic issues and see several of the doctors working there regularly. There was one minor issue with a call back before a surgery but nothing out of the ordinary for a busy office. Being a responsible adult, I called them back when I didn't receive the call I expected. Imagine that! Dr. Snihurowych (and her nurse), Dr. Baldwin, Dr. Bradley, Dr. Smythe, and their staff are all tops in my book and I recommend them to my friends and family all the time.

Love the OB/GYN Staff! They are an amazing group of people. It's always a pleasure to see the staff and not one bad experience. Wait time is minimal if you are an early morning patient. Dr. Servoss really does care about her patients and takes time to answer any questions.

I had read other reviews about this Dr. so I was apprehensive about going in to my appointment but I did. He was amazing, he was very informative and kind. I just recommended him to my coworkers. He refilled my prescriptions and made some adjustments but they were needed. I'm so glad I went in.!!

Love Salt Lake Clinic! I've been going there for probably 15 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. I had a shoulder injury several years ago for which I saw Dr. Hanseen in orthopedics. He and his nurse (Gayle? Gayla?) were so incredibly helpful and friendly. I see Dr. Torgehle in optho yearly (I'm diabetic) and she and her staff are great. I always enjoy catching up with her and she always listens to any concerns I have. I've seen Dr. Rasmussen in dermatology for many years. He and his staff are great. Before I saw him I had been going to another dermatologist who'd left pretty significant scars from removing moles. Dr. Rasmussen has training in plastic surgery and the moles he's removed....night and day difference. He is really skilled and if you have to have any sort of work done that requires suturing, you will be very happy with the results. Finally, Dr. Bradley in ENT took out some nasal polyps a couple of years back. I've also seen him from time to time for other issues and have always been very happy with the level of service I received. I'm perplexed by the experiences others describe. I've had many, many visits there over the years and have never had a visit that I was unhappy with. I have found all the providers I've seen to be approachable, friendly, and caring. I've only encountered friendly and helpful support staff and have never been made to wait an unreasonable amount of time in the waiting room or for a return call.

The Instacare clinic was awesome. The service was fast. The staff listened to my concerns and allowed me to participate in making decisions regard my care. They were very respectful and fun to interact with. The doc was a cutie!

I came here for physical therapy and Nira was awesome! Took great care of me and had me walking after a few months of physical therapy. I highly recommend salt lake clinic. It's so convenient having all my doctors in one place. Dr. Schwartzman and Dr. Mitchell are also awesone! They really take the time to listen to your concerns and explain everything. Everyone is so nice and friendly here!

The pharmacist I typically work with (JK Naylor) always catches any kind of discrepancy when it comes to the cost of my medication-- he is kind to both his staff and patients. I also very much appreciate the care that the pharmacy techs provide at this location, I haven't been let down whatsoever.
