Carolyn is fantastic!! She is incredibly knowledgeable and can handle all your needs. She knows how to get things done. She also cares a lot about her clients ! I highly recommend them to use for your insurance needs !

always have good service from Jim Johnson: My only complaint is that Allstate like many companies keep trying to tell me that bills come via email. Well not to my email, no matter how much a company insists. One legal way of sending a bill and that is via USPS. :-)

Jim and his team are responsive, understanding, and caring. They are sincere and very helpful in soliciting a response when the adjustors do not respond. In my seven years with Jim's team we have had 4-5 claims which he and his team made it much easier due to their level of care, concern, transparency, and follow up.

I appreciate Jim, Kathy, and Susan! They are always so quick to respond to any call or email and even go out of their way to help. I was recently in a car accident. I called Jim's office from the accident scene to make sure I was doing everything I was supposed to. Susan talked me through everything and made sure my girls and I were safe and okay. Once I had the accident report several days later, she connected me directly with the people I needed to report the accident to (complicated story). Then, I was having difficulty reaching the adjuster handling the claim, so I called the Johnson office frustrated. I called Kathy for help. Within 5 minutes, my adjuster called me and apologized. Then Kathy followed up a few hours later to make sure my adjuster had called.
The Johnson Agency is just wonderful. I couldn't ask for a better team!

I love my Allstate agent. Anytime I have a problem their on it, with updates / course of action if I need it. Everyone is nice and you're never made to feel like a nuisance if you end up calling 50 times in one day. Only three years but going strong.

Have been with Allstate for many years for private car and home insurance. Have been very pleased with them recommending ways to save more money, for example on line driving courses.

Staff always promptly answer the phone, are happy to provide assistance, and follow through on whatever additional information or service is necessary to complete the task or request. I have always had excellent service, which is why I continue to keep Allstate, and in particular the Jim Johnson agency for my home and vehicle insurance.
