ACWORTH CARRIER ANNEX

Moved to Acworth and I didn't realize we had to fill out a form to say the house is no longer vacant. The people I talked to were all very courteous and I spoke to my delivery person who seems very nice. They were quick to help me get set up to start receiving my mail.

I was worried about the call when I saw the other reviews. I had a great experience but I made a point not to call during peak periods (opening, lunch time, closing, etc).

I was definitely frustrated when I wasn't receiving my packages on time but when they explained that the form we haphazardly threw away was needed to get the mail going again, I understood the problem and didn't place blame on any of them.

Being kind to your postal workers goes a long way despite your frustration, guys.

Thanks again to this location for exceeding my expectations and taking the time to explain things for a first timer.

They where very nice. I was able to pick some very time sensitive items.

Employees never seen pleased to be here.

Carrier lied, they didn't deliver a package and claimed I requested a post office hold. Well, I did no such thing. Tried to contact someone here to find it, since the post office never got it from the carrier and directed me to the carrier annex, but once I finally got someone to answer, they put me on hold and left me there. This is not the first time they have lost an Amazon package. Package still not delivered today, either.

They never answer the phone to be helpful. Horrible customer service.

Never answered my phone calls, I called multiple times and their phone just rang. It was not closed yet.

Not a drop off. Fix your stuff Google. Waste of time.
