Dollar General

The young lady working Friday, Nov 10th, was super nice. Unfortunately, that is hard to find in any customer service reps these days. It was closing time, and she indicated she'd been there all day. Yet, she still took the time to make conversation. She needs a vacation, a raise, and some additional employees in that store. Sorry, I didn't catch her name. The 5 stars are hers solely.

This is the best Dollar General I’ve ever been to. They are the cleanest, most well stocked in the area. The staff here has been nothing but nice to me and my family. The other stores around are dirty, un-stocked, cluttered, and sketchy to walk into. I will only shop at this one!

Very nice and clean and well organised store. All employees have been very well mannered and helpful!

Not very pleased. Bought a gallon of milk yesterday, my fault for not checking expiration but it expires today. Why would you even put that on the shelf

This Dollar General is the absolute worst I've ever been to. They don't correct prices on items for weeks & don't honor the prices they have up. I also tried to take a bag of items the customer in front of me left & the cashier grabbed it & kept it, rather than taking it to the customer that paid for it or allowing me to take it to the customer. It would have to be my only option in order for me to shop here again.

So many carts with boxes sitting all around the store can't even get around. Some aisles are blocked on one end so you have to turn around and go back up the way you came. It's to the point where it's unsafe and I honestly don't think the fire marshall would approve. I did manage to grab what I needed and a couple things extra. No cashier was at the register so I had to hunt her down. One item was normally $12.50 and had a sign that said it was on sale for $10 but it rang up full price. The cashier said the sale was over 2 weeks ago but the sign was never taken down. They should've honored that price. I'll never set foot in this store again. I'll pay more for better service.

This store is super clean and organized, and we'll stocked. However, this comes at a price. The employees are so rude. The girl with straight brown hair and bad skin is the rudest front end cashier I have seen. The manager is even worse and he hates people with coupons.
I walked in the other day and the two people up front were talking about politics very loudly. To the point that another shopper said something to them. Of course the response was snarky from the workers. I have decided to just pass this DG by and go to the one down the road. I will sacrifice a clean store for tolerable employees and customer service.

This is the third time I have drove to this dollar store and the store is already closed at 9pm. What really makes me mad was that the manager saw me getting out of the car and he closed the store and did not care of me walking towards him and he closed the doors. The website says the store closes at 10pm…. If you are going to be closing the store at 9pm please update the closing hours in the website so you do not waste people time.

9/8/2023OMG,THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT THIS LOCATION!!I ALWAYS SHOP AT THIS LOCATION FOR ODDS AND ENDS BUT TODAY WAS VERY DIFFERENT..I WALKED INTO THE STORE,GRABBED A BUGGY,HAD TO USE THE RESTROOM SO I ASKED THIS AFRICAN AMERICAN YOUNG LADY WITH SHORT CURLY HAIR DID THEY HAVE A PUBLIC RESTROOM AND SHE SAID NO,SO I WALKED OFF DID NOT SAY ANYTHING ELSE TO HER AND WENT TO GO GRAB MY ITEMS.UPON ARRIVING TO THE SELF CHECKOUT I LET HER KNOW THAY I WOULD HAVE TO TYPE MY CARD NUMBER IN BECAUSE IT WAS DAMAGED and she said THE MACHINE
Be acting funny at times but I still proceeded to ring up my items because normally someone would come and do something to type in my card number so once I was done she became very rude,a attitude because of not being able to use their restroom and started accusing me of having an attitude again.I told her I don't even know her to have an attitude and she just started talking to me like I was her child from then I asked another employee to help me and she stopped him from doing that and threatened to cancel my order ,,once she said that I cursed her out ,swung my buggy and left out that store..YALL NEED TO RE TRAIN HER OR GET RID OF HER FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
ThE way she acted towards me was almost like she was jealous of me or she does this to customers and no one is their to say or correct her..I have 3 adult daughters that looked to be her age and would never!!!I shop at lake A worth location all the time this girl gotta be a new employee but the manager needs to pull that store camera and be the judge.I did not curse at her until she tried to handle me the way she did..

Great Dollar General!! Workers are very helpful. Only concern is they say the store closes at 10pm but for some reason every time around 9pm they are already closed! “Only issue” other than that great place!

Online it says stores closes at 10pm. I arrived at 9:15pm doors locked. Tried to call inside and it's says the number is disconnected.

Store is nice I’ll say that. But the dude with brown hair is very rude. He PURPOSELY miscanned my things so that I would not be able to use the coupons because he didn’t want to be wrong. Very disappointed because I love couponing on Saturdays.

I’ve been trying to call for two days to see if they had my fiancés wallet. We live an hour away, and I’m about to have to drive an hour just to find out if they found the wallet. Please fix the issue with the phones, it is impossible to get in touch with anyone.

Manager at night time (brown hair girl, chunky) is VERY RUDE. I will never ever go back to this dg. If you dont wanna be disrespected I suggest you drive 3 min down thle road and go to the regions dr DG!! This DG is the WORST customer service I ever had.

Nobody running the store. I stopped by at 9:45 am on 6/17/22. Google says it's open. The sign on the door says 8 am to 9 pm but doors are locked and lights off inside.

yeah they accused me and my girl friend for stealing something told us we couldn't come back ,I would never do that ,I don't need to ,that rude lady everyone is talking about ..I couldn't believe it .

Horrible. No wonder they get robbed. You can not tell even if anyone is working therethere. A crack head place.
