Publix Super Market at Acworth

Had a great experience at this location from the bakery and ballon department. They made me a happy customer.

My favorite grocery store and customer service is superb from all the staff . I visited here traveling over the road for work. I live in Florida, and the Publix down there are top tier ., so I was very impressed with this store .

Great supermarket, with staff willing to help. Has everything you need, reasonably well set out and priced.

Hey everyone..this Publix made the list because of this nice older white lady..who made me a chicken finger sub..that **** was slamming..n the crazy part is..I buy that sub a lot..they way ppl make ur sub n make a place stand out... Sorry I didn't remember her name...

The service hands down was outstanding it didn't matter if regular employees or managers they always help u find what u need and will drop whatever they are doing to help u

I always come to this location to get things for our office and they are always really kind. However, today (8.21.23), I came in and the cashier was pretty short and unwelcoming.

I sat the basket on the conveyor while I looked for something in the aisle. She doesn't say, Hey or good morning, but instead goes, "You can put the basket over there when you empty it." I didn't catch what she said the first time, so I said, "Excuse me?" She repeated herself and then said, "Never mind, I'll do it myself!" So I didn't say anything. Once she finished ringing up and bagging everything, she says, "Receipt is in the bag" and moved on to the next customer.

I left, but had to come back because I forgot something. I got in her line, which was long as she was the only register open. She yelled out that the front could take small purchases. Myself and others stayed in line and she said it again, but this time with even more attitude. I made sure to get her name, Jaqueline. Again, no greeting whatsoever, she just rang my items up and handed me my bag and moved on to the next customer.

I will continue to shop here, but she may need additional training in customer service.

Been going for here for years and the subs are amazing! Unless Brian makes them don't let him make them ( I'm sorry brain if you see this )

I miss Publix & the remarkable friendly people. I haven't been able to find a better bakery than Publix.

Good quality meat, the employees are courteous, they have human cashiers to ring up groceries(yay!).

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Very helpful deli counter staff helped me with orders very promptly. Nice experience and love shopping here when in town. Highly recommended.

Got my first Publix Cuban sub in almost 6 years! It was delicious! Publix is my favorite grocery store. It's clean and bright and the food is amazing. I wish I still lived where they are. Going on vacation and stopping by my favorite grocery store was a real treat.

Nothing but all great things to say about Publix. They are my go to when it comes to shopping. A littler pricier than other grocery stores but they have the best freshness and quality!

Great location, this has always been a neat store where I can find everything easily. Never long lines and the staff is friendly. They always have fresh produce, and they always have a great selection of meats.
