Our remodel looks amazing!!! A huge shout out to TJ!! He went above and beyond so many time for us. We originally ordered and flooring on phone with some lady we ordered the 22 mill flooring, she had us down for 2200 sf 7 mil at the price of 22 mil. with 18 pieces of something we didn’t need at $36 ea, etc. TJ caught these errors and corrected them. He also helped us get our appliances ordered because the lady was super busy in that department. when our flooring order was delivered things were missing, he followed up and got that taken care of for us. He’s so calm, professional, and the most understanding employee ever!!! 10 starts to him!!!! we honestly believe this renovation will be in a total disaster had we not found HIM in the store that evening.

I have shopped at this location for ten years and always was able to find what was needed for a DIY project or supplies for a contractor to finish a job. I recently had the need to return some “over bought” items from several projects. The cashier was friendly and explained the return policy while she processed the returns. When finished, the system required a manager to approve the transaction and John was called over. John saw the opportunity to take care of a loyal customer. Thank you Home Depot, for retaining quality associates and for empowering them to care for your clients.

Ameldia was so amazing!! I hope that's how you spell her name . She works in plumbing but was helping in gardening. She helped me get the Christmas bunny that I came to the store 3x for. She put my name on it. She was very caring and helpful. I made a friend! Thanks girl💜 see you soon.

Absolutely Love the Kids Workshop for Free Kids building activities on the 1st Saturday of Every Month. Store has the best pricing and excellent service.

Always great coming to this store. Lot of variety for various home improvement items that you may not find anywhere else at this price. Very helpful staff. Visited garden section today and staff there was also really good in helping find what you are looking for.

Very helpful customer service gave to identify why a Home Deport gift card got drawn completely empty before 1st use, i.e. all persons involved, when, and where. Eventually it was resolved and re-issued a new gift card via HD Corp channels.
Lesson learned: check whether the pin code on the new gift card being tempered ( see attached photo, scrapped visible, meant it has been stolen).

This was my first time visiting this Home Depot location and the customer service was fabulous. Alisha went above and beyond to help me out with getting an item dismantled that was on display. This was impossible without the help of Kumar who assisted with this. I am so glad that they both were there. Along with them, Robert and Alisha both helped with loading this item in my car. All these tasks were done with a smile on their face. Their teamwork really taught me a lot today. Thank you for the wonderful service provided by the whole crew. It was amazing!!!

I want to thank TJ for his outstanding customer service. He is a ROCK STAR! He went out of his way to assist me with several orders. Our home was hit by a tree and TJ helped to expedite products for our home.

I also want to thank Sabrina for her help with our carpet order!

I had an issue with some of the rewards and credits we had in the acct. Laurie and the team of ladies at the pro desk check out were quick to help and Laurie even went the extra mile for our acct. We normally spend 20k and will continue to do so if we have this type of customer service. Thank you Mrs Laurie.

The Home Depot is great place for your home improvement needs. The staff is friendly and the location is good. I found the light bulb I need for my ceiling fan.

Vaneem and Brittany are exceptional! They made my experience magical like Disney World. They brought Orlando to Johns Creek. They make me ONLY want to shop at home depot and no other hardware store. Forget Lowe’s, forget Ace’s. This store is your DIY heaven and kingdom. Come visit. These two remarkable individuals NEED a raise ASAP or someone else going to appreciate their value they can offer!

The store is under great management that I can see the excitement and customer service gravitate to its employees. My go to home depot to go to. Other home depots that I visited simply cannot compete with the level of service and helpfulness.

The customer service associate, Aliethea was so nice and went the extra mile to assist with my purchase on 8/20. There was a minor concern I raised and the Asst store manager Paul was super helpful and went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied. Thank you both and thank you to the North Fulton Home Depot store!!!

I love shopping here and the staff is friendly. We used to come once a month for the kid workshops, such an amazing program.

This location is my favorite place to shop/visit. The customer service is superb which is one of the main reasons why I continue to shop here. Bobby Grajales from the painting department always give me the best customer service and support. He goes out of his way every time I am there and I always appreciate him educating me on the product(s) I am interested in purchasing. In addition, Ellen Kime is an excellent customer service rep. I look forward to continuing to visit when I am in search of my next project supplies.

This location sounds be a Flagship store for Home Depot! The ability to assist and resolve customer issues is bar none to the others.

This is one the better Home Depot that I visited in last 5 years. Good selection and great customer service

More variety than the average HD. I normally shop in the Alpharetta, Johns Creek or Duluth HD's. I was pleasantly surprised at the Tilly Mill location.

Brian at the hardware and keys was huge help. He was able to reset few smart locks all to one key. I went to multiple branches and he was the only one who had the knowledge and the tool to reset these locks. Thank you!
