Thomas Alexander, MD is a life saver. I’ve been dealing with shoulder pain for about 7 years. The whole staff was welcoming and polite. My first visit with him was fantastic. We were able to come up with a plan that same day. He has awesome bedside manners. Very empathetic and Intelligent. He didn’t hesitate to break down my Imaging results in a simple way that I was able to comprehend. If you need shoulder relief I highly recommend him. If I was able to give 10 stars I would. May God continue to bless you Doctor Alexander.

Dr Alexander was efficient and thorough. Imaging is on-site so the process is flawless. Dr Alexander explained my results and the treatment options. He made sure all my questions were answered and I was comfortable with how we would proceed. It was refreshing to meet such a caring person.

Dr. Alexander was understanding and helpful even prior to my appointment. During the appointment Dr. Alexander was thorough in all of his explanations and made sure to answer all of my questions. Scheduling was time efficient and thoughtful.

I’m a new patient and saw Dr. Alexander on October 25, 2023. The wait time was short, the staff very friendly and Dr. Alexander was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me good advice and explained everything very well. I will use them agsin when needed.

I need a surgical procedure that I am somewhat reluctant to have. Dr. Alexander helped me to feel confident about moving forward with what needs to be done.

I had the procedure referenced in the paragraph above a couple of weeks ago. I had a full shoulder replacement . The return to full function and relief from pain approaches miraculous. Dr. Alexander and his staff are exceptionally skilled and proficient at their craft. I am scheduled to have the same surgery done in late December on my other shoulder. Dr. Alexander has my complete confidence and I recommend him to friends and family suffering from Orthopedic issues.

Optim was time efficient in that I don’t have to wait a long time to be checked in; also the medical personnel and Doctor Alexander explained my medical issues, and possible medical intervention.

Excellent! Hope I want have any need for surgery again.
But, if I do, I’ll choose Dr. Alexander. I believe he’s best in the region. Thanks Dr. Alexander and staff.

He was very attentive to my pain. He made me very comfortable every step of the way. I am always very scared of injection, but he was so careful that I wasn't aware until the injection was done.

First visit. Timely, friendly, informative and approachable. Wound up with a shoulder injection; hate needles but it was virtually painless. As a Doc myself I was impressed with the quality of the entire visit from intake through scheduling a follow up appointment.

Very good idea Dr office waited less then 5 minutes to see the Dr. He was friendly and knows his stuff highly recommend using this Dr and office if needed.

This was my first visit to Dr. Alexander. I was very impressed with his kind attitude toward me. Never once did I feel I was being talked down to. He was very clear with his prognosis of my issue and what we needed to do going forward. I sensed a genuineness in his concern for my condition and was comfortable throughout the visit. I’m somewhat hard of hearing but he was not hesitant about repeating a couple things for me. I enjoyed our visit and would recommend Dr. Alexander and Optim Orthopedics to anyone who is dealing with pain in the knee joints.

Mr Thomas he was very good he was very helpful to me he made me understand what was I was going on with my arm and I very much appreciate it my arm feel 100% better I will advise anybody to go see him he is a good MD..... Thank you for helping me ☺☺

From my doctor to the ladies in x-rays and the ladies at front desk are all top notch in their profession in taking care of you. My questions if I had any were answered promptly so that I could understand what I needed to know. This is just phase one with Dr. Alexander for I need to have a nerve test done on my next visit to figure out my problem. I'm very pleased with the work ethics of Dr. Alexander and staff in taking care of me. Until next time.

I already feel better after just 24 hours!! I wish I had seen the doctor sooner and not waited a month. Dr Alexander listened carefully to my concerns and suggested immediate treatment rather than additional tests. I already feel better and look forward to my follow up in 6 weeks for additional treatment if necessary.
