I have been a seasonal worker for this company for many years. The work is easy and fun to do. You're basically just making gift items for people for certain holidays. The pay is great, the facility is clean, it’s comfortable and air-conditioned. Everyone is nice and the managers are wonderful to work with. Overall a great place to work and I would highly recommend.

Progressive Balloon is top notch when it comes to customer service and product quality. Their plush product line is one of my favorites- now a family favorite of my grandkids. The gift baskets for Valentine’s Day is a big hit with the grandkids. Thank you for the great memories that you are making with my family. I highly recommend checking out their gifts!!!

Super happy that I got the opportunity to work here! I made friends/family. Super awesome job and our supervisor Kelly was always on top of what we needed. Lisa is super amazing and comprehending! Also want to give a HUGE shoutout to Jennifer. She was the person to train me and she definitely did her job with us! She made it easier! Last but not least, the girl with short hair back in shipping and receiving! Sometimes wore headbands and has short hair. She always played music for us and she already knew that when I went back to place boxes, she would need to help me because of my "dinosaur arms" as she would say. 🤣 I'm truly going to miss coming here!

Highly recommend Progressive Balloons!!! Their plush stuffed animals are super cute and you can buy clothing for the animals. Great for birthday parties- my granddaughters love them!! The products are high quality and are always a hit. The balloons have endless options- I could say how great balloons are - but who doesn’t like balloons?!? Highly recommend!!!

Fun place to work

Though the work is extremely easy, and the faster you
work the more you make, but i highly recommend you
steer clear of this place if you value fairness. This place is
very inconsistent. You'll be shown by a supervisor one day
and weeks or maybe even a year later you'll be told you're
doing it wrong. They assign certain people to certain
projects, play favorites. Lisa, the overseer of
everyone is very passive aggressive, unprofessional and
does very little to make her employees feel valued for
their work. Just recently employees were forced to work
with mold exposure with no compensation for it. She will
come and discuss personal matters in the middle of
production, allowing other employees to have input on
things personal to you. She just recently made an
employee feel extremely uncomfortable when she
brought her a Covid test to take while discussing her
symptoms very loudly with other employees and
childishly placing her arms over her face. If you disagree
with Lisa or hold her accountable for her unprofessional
behavior you will be terminated. Lisa won't formally
terminate you either because she lacks the knowledge to
do so, so you will need to request an official termination
letter if this is the case. This job is only good if you don't
care how your employer treats you and if you like to work
independently. You don't have a voice in this workplace
and recognition for your work is nonexistent.

VERY DECEPTIVE PACKAGING PRACTICES!

The Valentine “One of a Kind” hard candy packaging had a cardboard divider that made the exterior look 40% larger than product inside.

Horrible to work for. No communication skills whatsoever. They don’t train you and expect you to make a quota that they never told their workers to make. If I could give the 0 stars I would.

Supervisor is rude, they’re racist, very disrespectful and will treat you as if you’re nothing.
