Had a great shopping experience in the hardware department at the Canton Home Depot. Patrice was very knowledgeable and helped us find the items needed for our projects. The Canton Home Depot is always a pleasure to shop at. The employees are always helpful and go out of their way to help you even when it's not their department. This is especially nice near closing time because you would expect to get shrugged off but they never seem to put closing tasks before or above the customer.

Chris in the garden center was very polite and helpful in loading several bales of wheat straw into my car and tying down the trunk for me. I really appreciated his help. The young man who rang me up in the garden center was also very polite and courteous. Will definitely drive out of my way to this Home Depot in the future. Excellent customer service! Thank you!

Just want to thank Chris H., Sonja and Jason in the lumber/building supply Dept. at the Riverstone store for their help Thursday. The Dept. was blocked when I arrived but Sonja immediately apologized and offered to assist while we waited. We discussed what I needed and then she asked Chris to assist me. He determined what I needed at the best price and cut my lumber to the length I needed and took all 26 2 x 4's to the front, where Sonja checked me out. Jason was very careful to ensure the upholstery in my van was protected and loaded up my lumber. This meant so much to me because I'm older and can't do what I use to do. Years ago I would have pulled the lumber, loaded it and cut at home. Thanks to these nice people for their help and being so pleasant. My new floor is down and ready for my Christmas decorations to be stored away for next year. Wish all associates were so helpful. Kiddos to these nice folks. Home Depot is fortunate to have them to represent the company. God bless Sonja, Chris H. and Jason.

I enjoy going to Home Depot. Lots of the workers know me from being a long time customer. They all are so helpful. And, you can find most anything you need and then some. They keep up to date on anything you need. Just walking through the door, the welcome experience begins!!!😊👍

The staff at this Home Depot are awesome. I am not a handyman. But I have been able to do plumbing and electrical works on my house because of their advice and help. Amy definitely is one name to remember who has helped me a few times.

Good selection but prices too high

I am a contractor and spend about 100k a month with home depo. I am in and out of so many I can't count them.

The home depot in canton is ,hands down one of the best. They revert my name, recognize me everytime I'm in there.if they don't have what I need they find it for me, even if they have to call the competition for me while I'm standing there.

Customer service is beyond incredible! We were there to buy carpet and paint. A huge and stressful purchase and they were so accommodating to my husband and me. They made the process easy and even when they did not have what we needed, found a way to get the material without upcharging us! They are really there for the customer! Highly recommend! Thank you for our great experience! We will always choose Home Depot!
