I have used Killingsworth for almost 10 years and always have very pleasant experience. Service technician Miguel came to help for home pest control yesterday. He was very friendly, courteous and professional. He did the inside and outside of the house; above and beyond while he treated the bee hives he also carefully wipe off spider webs for me. He completed job thoroughly. I’m very happy and grateful with the service!

Raymond is awesome. He sprays my lawn, house, and garage for pests. I asked that he do a mouse dropping check this time and he was very thorough. Raymond is professional, knowledgeable and one of the best technicians Killingsworth has in its employment. Thank you Raymond for a job well done. You are awesome

Killingsworth has been treating my home for years. Always been a pleasure doing business with them. If I've ever needed assistance outside my normal schedule they are quick to respond. They have very friendly techs. One of them Hunter Edmond who just came out, was awesome. Super friendly, treated me like I was a first-time customer making sure everything was done to my satisfaction and answered all my questions. Great to see employees taking pride in what they do.

We had our regular visit with our technician this morning. Ricky is always professional and thorough as well as genuinely helpful. My husband and I truly can not recommend Killingsworth enough! The service started out a bit rocky but once Gene and Sean Nelson took over our account the service has been 10 plus stars. Have been working with Chris Boyd as my point of contact since Killingsworth purchased Thomas Pest Control. Never had an issue with Thomas and I’m happy to say the transition has been seemless. Chris has been very professional, communicative and responsive to our needs.
As a former field technician in the tech industry, I enjoyed interacting with my customers, so I appreciate the genuine interaction Chris displays. He remembers details about past conversations and can pause for a few minutes to talk cars or motorcycles.

Jonathan came by today for pest service and termite inspection. He was extremely courteous and professional.

Wanted to give a quick note of thanks for the great service from Kareem Kirton who came to the house for the annual inspection/service. Kareem took a minute to review everything he was going to do and talked to me about the safety of my dog and cat during the service and after. He was kind, professional and patient with my questions. I've used Killingsworth Environmental for our termite contract and pest control. Recently I called to schedule a maintenance visit and had the pleasure of speaking to Aubri. In a world where customer service is lacking this young woman gets it. She listened to the issues and promptly scheduled a visit. She was professional but made me feel like a valued friend and customer. I hung up and told my co-worker what great customer service. Great job Aubri!!! I highly recommend this service!
