Rack Room has NEVER had uniforms, I’ve been shopping at this Locust Grove location for almost 10 years now and I’ve never had a problem with pointing out their employees. I was also there the day you posted this review, all employees were standing in the middle of the store ready to help anyone with a problem.
It is clear that you post bad reviews for almost every store you visit, therefore your biased and made up stories are irrelevant and I urge anyone seeing it to skip over this.

I get all my shoes from here I suggest getting a membership to rack up points to get a discount on the shoes you buy here also they have a buy 1 pair of shoes and get the second pair 50% off

Stephanie is amazing! She has amazing customer service skills. She is a team player. She is a natural born leader. She is attentive and kind. We love her! Rack Rooms you have a wonderful team member!

The shoes are great!

Always great deals for my family, always spend less than I expect to. The customer service is helpful and polite. This is the only place that we buy our shoes.

They have the classics plus the latest fashions. The associate helped us make our selection. She was super helpful. The quality of the shoes pleasantly surprised me.

I went 3 months ago and was given outstanding service. The associate stayed with me for the entire hour and helped my daughter get her perfect fit for her shoes. Will be returning back soon.

Bogo 1/2 off. Can't argue with that. Decent selection of top brand names. Today I bought a pair of runners and a pair of slides for under $100.

The store is crowded but thanks to Jessica we found the exact shoe we needed to wrap up and put under the tree for a hard to fit kiddo. Many thanks to our shoe angel.
