AT&T Store

Maurice is Super Star at this store. I have visited and left before I couldn't get anyone to help or even acknowledge I was even there.
But my visit this week was great, all because of the excellent service I received from Maurice.

The Rep acknowledged me when I came in and kept me informed during the entire process. She shared information and allowed me to make a choice. I appreciate her no pressure approach. She engaged other clients while I waited for my phone to load. We were all laughing together by the time I left.

Tyler, the AT&T associate was awesome along with everyone else there. He greeted and helped me immediately when I entered the store. He checked my account for deals and offers to save me money as well as the deals the store was having. Tyler was able to help me pay off my current phone, then trade it in to get a new phone as well as leave with AirPod Pro's. The visit was great.

mr. Marquis was a definitely great help. He took care of all of my concerns. He has excellent customer service skills if there’s anyone within the Locust Grove area that needs assistance in any matter when it comes down to a AT&T, he’s definitely the guy to see.

Crystal was an amazing customer service rep. She was very helpful and understanding of my situation that was going on. She helped me get my phone upgraded. Answered any questions I had about any phones and any products at all. Such as screen protectors, camera protectors and pop sockets. She was very informative and very helpful she made upgrading my phone so easy and stress free.

Crystal was great. She helped my grandma get set up and running with her new phone. She was super kind and super friendly to her.

I have had past issues with AT&T. But Greg has made me a satisfied customer again. The knowledge, sincere desire to work with me was greatly appreciated..please recognize his dedication to customer service.

Unlike the other AT&T Store (Morrow) I went to a few days ago, I was greeted immediately upon entering despite the wait. Both reps yesterday and today were super helpful and at times professionally helped 2 people at the same time. Every step was explained and the only thing remaining to be seen if all the credits for multiple trade ins and new lines accurately reflect on our bill in 2-3 months. Will definitely be coming back to this AT&T for our future needs.

OMG!!! I cannot even begin to describe the nightmare I had when my phone was stolen!!! I went directly to AT&T to see what I could do before the thief could get into my accounts, etc. AT&T does not open until 10:00A.M. but the gentleman that was there must have sensed my panic and ask if I needed assistance. I explained the situation and he went above & beyond to help me. I asked his name because I was EXTREMELY grateful. Greg, was able to look at my account and I was able to retrieve my phone before any damage was done. THANK YOU SO MUCH GREG! I don't know what I would have done without you!! You were patient, kind, understanding and compassionate!! You most definitely deserve HERO of the day for me and I am eternallygrateful!!! If it wasn't for your help and fast thinking, the situation could have turned out REALLY terrible.

This store is amazing. Tyler is very helpful! He has good customer service skills and kept me occupied while the manager solved the issue with my account.

This shocked me considering all of my previous experiences with AT&T. I received excellent service from Greg the store manager who took the time to stay on the phone with his company and get my issue resolved. Thank you Greg.

Kayla Pickelsimer was so helpful to us. We were trying to be added to my son's account and keep our current number. She tried everything she could to make it happen but we ended up having to go to the corporate office. After hours and hours there they were not able to either. We got our new numbers but I didn't have everything set up on my phone so I went back to see Kayla and she helped me out with everything. She was so knowledgeable and so friendly and patient. She is an asset to your company. 😊

Kayla was incredible! We were helped immediately with no wait. She was very positive and assisted us and met all of our needs! I love this store.

I never write reviews but I had to. I walked in to port my line and received the best customer service I have ever experienced.
If Crystal and Kayla are any indication of the strength on your ATT team, I am simply jealous and need them to come work for me!
