I like this store! I have purchased sheets bedspreads and I've always been very good quality and a lot of times you can catch it on sale. Also if you use a little pod coffees they're usually cheaper than a lot of places with their coffee. I always love seeing the little specialty items they have

The staff were so friendly and helpful! I was looking for paper Christmas holiday napkins and they were not on the floor yet, however, the associate knew where they were in the back and brought samples out for me to choose from. What great customer service!

The store is closing soon and most items we 40-60 percent off also the cashier was extremely kind and helpful

James and Jim were a great help!!! Sweetest staff ever. Thank you for going above and beyond to fix a shipping error that was on FedEx and not their fault. I will definitely make the long drive just to shop with these guys.

I went in needing curtains for two separate rooms. It's always my luck I find stuff that's not price marked. There were plenty of employees in the store working on displays and putting out merchandise. I was SUPER impressed that each time I looked up someone was there asking if I was finding everything. I didn't have to chase ANYONE, they where really intent on making sure all of us found what we wanted!! Cashier's are the last thing we customers see and need to have us shoppers happy when we leave. My cashier not only had me laughing and feeling good àbout my choices but made me even feel better by telling me about the great return police.

Very friendly & helpful staff. Customer service is awesome! I ordered towel sets for a shower gift & while at the store picking up the gift, I was able to get the other towels the bride had registered for. Win win!

I am amazed with the help we received from this store. I had allot of Questions about a weighted blanket. The young guy that helped me was Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and showed me the difference in the different brands of weighted blankets and explain the return policy if I wasn’t satisfied.
I have been tracking my sleep as my Neurologist asked me to do. My normal has been 4 to 7 hours a night. My Doctor wants s to average at least 8 hours. I have never had 8 hours in a roll never that I can remember. I was reading an article on weighted blankets and seen that Bed Bath and Beyond has them marked down for a great price. The good ones with glass beads and separate pockets. I am very Skeptical and just assumed they were a fad. Last night we put it on the bed to give it a try. FIRST NIGHT 8.5 hours!! I definitely recommend it to all of my sleep challenged friends. When you purchase it make sure to do some research and buy the one with individual pockets and glass beads. If you’re skeptical as I am Bed Bath and Beyond has a Liberal try it return policy if you’re not satisfied bring it back no strings attached.

A friend told me about the Ugg blankets that they had on sale with a coupon. when I get to this location there were plenty to choose from and a young lady who work there came and asked me if I needed help. The cashier was also friendly and courteous.

Staff is always friendly! Adrian was the nicest salesperson. She was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. She knows her stuff!

I really like the chain as a whole. This store is very small compared to the Alpharetta store and I mean tiny. It has a little of most items but full selection...NO. I am giving the 5th. Star for the friendliest employees.

Great experience today at BBB. Youngman AUSTIN went our of his way to assist me in your store. Offered to retrieve a cart for me. Pulling an item down from a top shelf I could not reach. Opened a security locked down comforter so I could feel the fabric. Spent $250 on bedding today and probably would not have done so without AUSTIN''s assistance. Thank you AUSTIN. Your the BEST!!!!! I'm at most recent visit I did not find exactly what I was looking for in terms of product, but locked away with much more knowledge than when I entered the store. I went and to buy pots and pans. I had already found the set online that I knew was in the store. The manager of the training department came over to help us locate what we were looking for. When we told her the set we were looking for she very gently let us know that we probably would not be happy if we were Foodies at all... she asked specific questions about our cooking needs dot-dot-dot she helped us realize that we didn't need a full set after all! She explained how the set was made and also why it was inferior to other sets or brands. Just when I thought she was trying to upsell us for the benefit of her company, she mentioned that the best deals on the pieces that we were specifically looking for would probably be to check at TJ Maxx or HomeGoods! Since we were not looking for specifically a full set but rather a few individual pieces that would best suit our needs she pointed Us in the right direction! We were able to get top-of-the-line quality at discount price is right next door... That's what I call customer service! I'll definitely shop Bed Bath & Beyond for my other needs and appreciate the honesty and education.

Great, helpful staff. Isles are a little claustrophobic, though. Really hard to turn carts on anything except for the main aisle.

You can find almost anything for your home in this store, and the staff is always helpful. Prices very competitive, easy on returns.

Customer service here is beyond any retail store out there! Prices are high but the customer service makes it worth it! Great job!
