This has easily become one of my favorite places I've eaten at! The place is small but it's beautifully atmospheric especially for an anniversary dinner like I've had with my love! The service was pretty quick for being almost packed when we went! The longest wait we had was maybe 6 minutes for something! The menu is well priced though things that don't have a marked price can surprise you. For example most of the priced food is between 10-25 dollars but I ordered Scallop Ala Vodka which has a fluctuating price depending on the seafoods cost. For me today it was almost $40 though I admit I found it worth it with how absolutely delicious it was! We also got a bread appetizer that was jaw dropping and even a cream soup and salad that were also top notch! Then to close it out the Chocolate Souffle with Vanilla gelato was perfect! I ADORED everything here and if you ever need a great date place, this is the one! Thank you Fuscos for giving me and my love the perfect anniversary dinner!

5 Stars across the board for Fusco’s via Roma Italian Trattoria. Order one meal and you eat tonight and also tomorrow. First quality ingredients and a solid bar with good pours. Definitely worth the trip for authentic Italian food.

Thrilled we found this place. Food was crazy good, service was awesome and we sat outside and people watched. Salmon dish had the best olives I’ve ever had and the Grand Salami Primo was awesome. Coming back soon.

Food is always good here, have tried many things on the menu. Seared duck is delicious, as is the mushroom soup, pork chop, and fish. Wine selection is pretty decent too, the staff is friendly and give good recommendations.

The food.......fantastic. The atmosphere.....awesome. The service....outstanding. To top it off, they are pet friendly out on the patio which gives you a great place out of the sun to enjoy the weather and people watch. I had the fettuccini Roma with the four cheese sauce and it was incredible. The risotto balls were great as well. It was a tough decision on what to have because the specials they were running sounded amazing. Can't wait to to back.

We’ve been here a couple times and both times we have left happy and full! The food is good, the drinks are good, service is good. Between this place and their pizza spot next door I don’t need to eat anywhere else downtown!

Amazing staff and food! From the moment I entered the restaurant. The hostesses were absolutely amazing getting us seated in a busy reservation list. We dined at a high top right up front while rain poured outside. The people watching and activity of the restaurant was fun. The menu was amazing - but a tip is wait for the specials and order from them. Variety and amazing specials await! Bruschetta is a good appetizer - get the oil as well. And after dinner, ask for the dessert menu or just save yourself some time and get the cannolis. You won’t be disappointed. Amazing. Last but not least - ask for the waitress Ava. She’s amazing and has great stories to share while she makes your experience the best.

My annual birthday dinner at Fusco's never fails to be amazing, and I was able to take mum for her birthday too! It's always an enchanting experience.. from the moment we stepped through the door, the ambiance exudes warmth and beauty.
For starters, I indulged in the Hibiscus Cooler and it was a symphony of dancing flavors. The Muscles in White Wine Sauce were generously portioned, and the Penne Rivazza was perfectly al dente, creating a heavenly combination of textures and tastes, showcasing chef David's dedication to authenticity and excellence. To top off the meal, the dessert menu featured classic Italian delights. Mike made sure Mum & I shared Cannolis and the Tiramisu, which was a sweet finale that left us with satisfied and contented smiles.
Almost 20 years at this location, Fusco's is a gem that deserves to be celebrated. Buon Appetito!

Food was delicious. Waiters were helpful and gave specific answers, not just the dreaded, "Everything is good" response.

We had the stuffed portabello mushroom app, spaghetti Bolognese (lighter than expected, a good suprise), beet salad with chicken and some delicious bread with seasoned oil. We didn't have room for dessert but if we are ever in town again we certainly will save room! They looked delicious.

Such a warm, authentically Italian atmosphere, where you’re free to enjoy your dinner, as long as it takes! A great date spot, but also family friendly. The service was exceptional, and the food was even better! We enjoyed the spaghetti with meatballs, scallops a la vodka, and the white pizza. The mista salad and lentil soup were also delicious. A hidden gem in newly revitalized downtown Acworth! Don’t miss it!

I am on a low carb diet. I ordered the vegan pasta with salmon. It was delicious. The portions were very generous.

My server Melissa was great. Food excellent Italian. Excellent bar, great cocktails. Server and chef knew what was good for me. Parking is around, if lucky out front. Free. Nice quaint down home area, clean.

Decided to make reservations here for my birthday and I was very happy with our table service. I hate that I don't remember my servers name because she was great, friendly, prompt, and thorough . Will continue to enjoy this quite restaurant in the updated acworth main street area.

It is a great cozy place to have dinner with friends and family. The food is delicious, especially the bruschetta and the fried calamari. The only negative thing is that the restaurant isn't very big. So, if you are going with a large group of people, you must make reservations.

Fantastic food and service in a great area. The housemade Caesar salad dressing was enough to sway me from my usual Misto salad, and pesto gnocchi was superb. I would however opt for tiramisu rather than the “soufflé,” which was really more like a chocolate mini-Bundt cake (no molten lava whatsoever).

Always a great place to go for good Northern Italian food, Mike and his crew do a great job and make you feel like you’re at home while presenting really nice original Italian dishes

My only drawback as it is with most of the better restaurants out in the suburbs is that is a pretty loud environment

Absolutely delicious. Loved the ceasar dressing. The Riccota Cheesecake is insanely good. Service was great.

Side bar (Not meant in a negative way at all, just as an FYI) if you are very sensitive to Covid precautions then I would order take out. Some wait staff wore masks, some lowered them a lot, and some just didn't wear them. Again, not trying to be negative (it didn't effect my table or experience directly), just sharing my observation others may avoid feeling uncomfortable.
