I've been using Lacey's since 2005, and they've been fantastic. They're a compound pharmacy so I believe, unlike typical pharmacies, they can customize formulas for instance for your little one's or pets as prescribed.

Honest pharmacy, they delivered during the pandemic, and I noticed they have a mail service which would be great with regular prescriptions. Medical equipment and niche items can be found here.

Update/edit: Seems they've removed any toxic new hires from the front of the house, which is great.

It's a better experience than any monster mega group out there. Certainly worth a try if you haven't been. You'll wonder what to do with the extra time you might have wasted waiting elsewhere.

My first visit to a compounding pharmacy. If you need one of these specifically, they will meet your needs. Typical pharmacy prices. They are well stocked with all your needs. I honestly couldn't stay too long, but they took good care of me for what I needed, and it was cheaper than what I was quoted over the phone. I'll take the win and will go back again if I need to.

I have been getting my compounded progesterone here for 15 years and medical supplies. One of their SI Joint belts is under $20 and comparable to one on Amazon that is double that. Great pharmacy with everything you need.

I have three different Rx’s filled at Lacy’s and they don’t make me feel judged . They truly understand why they are in business and you won’t meet nicer more understanding folks

I had an RX called into Publix. I went in three hours later to pick it up and the Publix pharmacist said she hadn't checked her messages yet. I left and asked the Dr. to call the RX into Lacey instead. Lacey called me 30 minutes later and said it was ready to be picked up. Great service!

I have to get my medications from here due to the specialty of my medications and the quantities, but they are thorough and speedy, and are very nice and polite to all of their customers!
** I am adding to my initial review as I have now been coming to Lacey Drugs for almost 3 years now and have NEVER had a bad experience, and if anything, every person on the staff have always gone above and beyond to make sure that my needs were met and that all my questions were answered, and even if I didn’t have any questions, they made sure that I was comfortable with my medications and anything else that I needed. As a person that had an unexpected illness, and that has drastically altered my life (and I’m relatively young, as all of my medical issues started about 3 years ago and I’m now 39), the people at Lacey’s have always made me feel comfortable with all of the medications that I’ve now had to take, as prior to this, I’d only occasionally take ibuprofen for an occasional headache or other pain. They’ve even gone above what was needed, to help with the insurance and payments for all of the medications, as that’s another complication that no one prepares you for, as when you become ill, you worry enough about getting better and everything that comes with the recovery aspect, including but not limited to the medications (which Lacey’s has by far exceeded any expectations that I could ever have out of any pharmacy, and highly recommend this pharmacy over any other “chain” pharmacy), but Lacey’s staff, from the persons working the register all the way to the pharmacist themselves, are all extremely knowledgeable and always friendly and willing to help in any way they can, and if any one of them aren’t able to, they’ll get you to someone who can, and always return calls in a very timely manner. Unfortunately, I’ll still use the “chain” pharmacies for the “regular” prescriptions that I get (and those being simple, smaller, and descriptively “cheaper” medications), and that’s only because those chains are located right next to my house, but for my specialty medications, I’ll always use Lacey’s, and when I know I’m picking up my “specialty” medications, I’ll go ahead and pick up all other medications at Lacey’s as well. But, if Lacey’s were closer to my home, there’s no doubt that I’d be using Lacey’s for every medication need that me and my family ever needed! I can’t say enough GREAT things about Lacey’s, and would recommend them to everyone, and for anyone else reading the posts with negative comments, please ignore those as these must be put up by people who are just plain “unhappy people”, and just want to spread negativity throughout the world, because I can tell you that I am a person that is quick to point out a places faults in an effort to help them become better (as I am that way with myself and my children), and being in my late 30’s, I’m knowledgeable enough, “sane” enough, and not “bitter” with life, and Lacey’s has the staff, resources, knowledge, and atmosphere that makes me happy to come back time and time again, without hesitation, and have and will continue to recommend Lacey’s to each and every friend, family member, or otherwise any person I meet that can use their services! If you are in doubt, give them a try, and I promise you won’t be disappointed!! And in a world where everything is moving to a “corporate dominated” environment and atmosphere, it’s nice to be able to walk into a place like Lacey’s and feel right at home, and be able to know that you’re going to get what you need, the correct way it’s supposed to come, and you’ll get the best help from anywhere around! (And again, don’t listen to the negative comments on here, they are posted by people who CLEARLY don’t know what GREAT customer service is, and are just “salty” people wanting to make the rest of the world “salty” with them, but Lacey Drugs will NOT make you feel that way...Lacey’s will make you feel special and satisfy all your needs; I promise you!!) 😉

The best!! I called in a refill to the automated system on Easter Sunday and I got a call at 9am on Monday saying it was ready to be picked up!!! I used to drive 12 miles to Kennesaw to another compounding pharmacy and it would take them 2-3 weeks to fill my compound, and then it wouldn't even be correct!!! I drive an extra mile to go to Lacey's, but it's SOOOO worth it! The staff is always very pleasant and helpful. They get my compound right the first time and every time!!! They never cease to exceed my expectations. THANK YOU LACEY DRUGS! YOU ROCK!!!

Employees here truly care about my patient's individual needs. One very special pharmacist - Eric- made the effort to call and discuss some R/X changes, on more than one occasion.

I lived in Florida and in Jan 2016 I had flown to Texas for Tarlov Cyst spinal nerve surgery. There are only a few Dr's in the US that will treat it and I went to Dallas. I flew back to Acworth with my father so he could help me with my recovery for about two weeks and had to get pain medication filled. I could not find anywhere in town to fill my medication but Lacys called my surgeons office and helped me. I was using a walker and had about 7 inches worth of stitches down into my tailbone. I appreciate this pharmacy SOOOO much!!!!! Also, we came from Florida to Acworth to avoid a hurricane and I was not able to get my medicine filled before we left Florida but they filled it for me at Laceys!!!! Everyone was very polite!! My husband went and had gotten his covid vaccines here, my father uses this pharmacy now and his neighbor uses it now. We are going to be moving to Georgia and I plan on using them. Everything about them is wonderful! Thank you!

I've lived in the small City of Acworth GA since 2006 , my husband is from here his whole life , his dad uses Lacey's as well. We started using Lacey's in 2006 as soon as we moved home from living in Ohio for 4 years . We've never had NOT ONE single problem ! Unfortunately I have to take quite a few strong medications and MY pharmacist's Ken , Ben & Meryl Are Always willing to take the time to answer any questions I have , They have been nothing less than amazing , caring & loving towards me & my entire family !!! WE WILL USE NO ONE ELSE , THESE 3 AWESOME PHARMACIST HAVE OUR COMPLETE TRUST ! WE LOVE THEM LIKE FAMILY !!!!!!!!!

You can't beat Lacey's in Acworth! The staff there is amazing. They treat you with respect and care. Most national brand pharmacies nowadays treat you like a number, or worse, a head of cattle! The pharmacists there are great and really know their stuff! I love that you can call anytime they are open and get a real live human being on the phone!!!

They carry the stuff I need when I gotta get my fix.

It's truly amazing how quickly I can get my prescription filled with 5 or more customers ahead of me. They are efficient, courteous, knowledgeable,if only CVS could do as good! It's worth the drive. o

It's great to get old school family friendly service at this local pharmacy.

Not only do they pharmacists take the time to educate you but they make you feel special.

They also have compounding. This means if you need something special that you can get it.

They have remodeled recently and now it looks really nice.

Very friendly and helpful staff and pharmacist. Only place in town or nearby where you can get a get a compunded drug if one is prescribed for you. Ask ahead and they will let you know if it's covered by your insurance and what it will cost. They also carry speciality items such as crutches, lift chairs and other items that you or loved one may be need after surgery, accident or for a aging loved one.

Greatest team ever! Haven't been in a real "neighborhood" pharmacy since I was a child. So not used to the personal connection due to using the big chain retailers. All of my prescriptions are here now.

Love lacys, they are always able to get my pets meds and they are usually cheaper than the vet's office.

No more pharmacies in supermarkets or large drug store chains! I like the personal home town feel of this drug store in Acworth. Plus, it is located next door to my doctor's office. A win-win for my wife and me!
