I have had my car and home insurance with James and his associates since they opened. I have had nothing but a pleasant experience with the office and they have gone above and beyond in ever occasion to make sure my family has been satisfied. My husband was hesitant about switching a few years ago since we had the same insurance for quite a while but they have defiantly won him over too and we couldn't be happier. Not to mention being right in the heart of Smyrna has made it so easy to just swing by or call if I have any concerns. Nationwide has for sure been on our side.

Great person to work with for Nationwide auto insurance. He worked lowest premium for me compared to Geico or Progressive. And took care of subsequent changes without affecting the premium much. I referred few friends to him and they too were happy with his service. Highly recommended!

After being hit and the driver fleeing the scene I was giving a claim adjuster by the name of Julie Davis that could care less. I was made to believe that I wasn’t covered with rental car insurance which had me extremely stressed out!! I drove around in an unsafe vehicle for a month trying to figure out how I was going to pay for my high deductible and a car rental. After being extremely frustrated, something told me to go see my nationwide agent In the local office. I’m so glad I did. Agent Tiffany Miles literally turned my frown upside down. She got on top of it ASAP! She figured out I was covered!!! Thank god for her! Now I’m in a safe vehicle while my car is being repaired. Thank you so much Tiffany! You really made my day!!

This is THE hot dog place in Wrightsville Beach on a historical site. People there are friendly and great dogs.

Worse people around town, don’t ever used them for any policy. I cancel my policy a month ago and is still active, I submit my request by phone by fax in writing, and still active, they charge my account with out my permission. Now they are saying is going to take 2 weeks to get my money back. They don’t take responsibility for their mistakes they make. If I could give them a zero star I would without thinking twice.

If i could give this company zero stars, I would. I have been waiting for almost 4 months for a supervisor to call me back. Every time i've called its that same nonsense "there isn't anyone on the floor". When i cancelled my account , the rep assured me it would be properly canceled...did they do that...NO. Now Nationwide is attempting to bill me for their screw up and no one seems to be able to find a supervisor in the entire company -_-
