This is the only Big Lots location I will visit. I love when I walk staff greets you as if you're family. The store is always neat and clean. Prices are decent too. Mr. Rodney is a great guy. During my check out he kept a smile on my face

Big Lots customer service was awesome. The manager Enelit store was very clean and the associates were working and you can tell they enjoy what they are doing! Stop going because most of the stores were messy but this store like I said was very organized. I will be back. Thanks Enelit for having a caring staff!

Found a lot! Surprising people don’t go here a lot… it’s the first time I’d been in one for years. Tbh I originally thought they were closed cause there was nobody here! Like it was almost an empty parking lot so no lines!! Tons of seasonal stuff, furniture, grocery food, and kitchen necessities. Literally an all fits one store… Great customer service as well. Sign up for their card and you get $5 off right there. Nice experience ☺

Gretchen at this store is the best. She literally brightened my mood with her cheer and willingness to HELP! I CANNOT MAKE THIS UP, I LITERALLY WALKED IN AND SHE CAME ALL THE WAY FROM THE BACK AND FOUND ME AND DIRECTED ME TO THE BACK TO GET MY MATTRESS IN UNDER 5 MINUTES. All you guys out at this location are a blessing. Thanks for making a tough time in my life so easy. My husband had hip replacement surgery and i was able to get a cheap, but comfortable twin bed within 15 mins of searching. Thanks guys

The store was very busy the day before Mother’s Day, and Angela was busy helping multiple customers. Even with all the huss and fuss she remembered my name and the item I wanted after helping two other customers. She was awesome! Even helped me figure out how to get my seats down to get a huge gazebo in my small Honda!

Great customer service.

Very nice size store. More items on the floor. We bought a gazebo we saw on line. They had it and 4 other ones set up. You could really see what you are buying. Much better than just seeing a photo or on line order. Staff was very friendly. Jeffery in furniture and the cashiers all helpful.
They even helped to load without being asked.

I always find all kinds of treasures here! Perfect place to get a White Elephant gift and there is some really nice furniture here, as well. The staff is always super helpful. One of my fave stores in the area.

My experience with this Lawrenceville Big Lots was great. It feels like the people that work there are just "good" people. Very polite. I was there for Black Friday deals and was very satisfied especially in the furniture department. 😀 But, there alot of good quality merchandise throughout the store at affordable prices. Keep up the great work!

My boyfriend and I came to pick up a table and the big box didn’t fit in my car, but Victor was really helpful and cut open the box and helped get it in the car for us. All of this 10 minutes before they closed! He really cares about his customers and their experience.
