Always Amazing! We had a leak in our old kitchen faucet and they came out and replaced our faucet at a very reasonable price. Thy were not only fair, but knowledgeable but fast as well. They made it look easy even though I know it wasn’t. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing or heating/ac needs!

10/10 highly recommend!!! Our kitchen sink wasn’t draining on a Saturday and BJ and his son came out in a few hours to check it out. They worked on it for 3 hours and had to come up with a plan B. Came back Monday and could’ve easily charged us extra for their original plan B but decided to give it one last go and got the clog out. Incredible, honest service!!

Wanna give a shout to BJ from 911 Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning We were having issues with our washer drain and kitchen sink. We called 911, and they came right over. Snaked and cleaned our pipes, fixed our washer drain pipe. Bj was here a good couple of hours and charged us less than $200. Now we're going to have him come and replace our 2 toilets for a fraction of the $800 Anyday Plumbing quoted us. We definitely have a company for all our Plumbing needs.

This past weekend I discovered that my sewer pipe apparently had backed up and I wasn’t sure the reason. I was recommended to call BJ with 911 Plumbing. I was apprehensive at first because I’ve dealt with another plumber a few years ago that did the bare minimum and charged a ton to basically clean out a pipe. Come to find out a large root had come up from beneath the foundation and crushed the pipe from the bottom. I was afraid that I was going to have to hire another contractor to come out and do the concrete work just so BJ could access the broken pipe. He assured me that he would take care of me from start to finish. After all was said and done they had to dig up a section that was 2’ x 8’ because of all the damage. Throughout the process he kept bringing me downstairs to show me the progress. I can’t recommend BJ and his crew enough. They were very professional and really helped me resolve a very messy situation.

I had 911 come out to inspect a few items on my home that are in need of attention. BJ came to give an estimate and addressed all my concerns with thorough explanations of what needed to happen as far as the work was concerned.

I scheduled them to come install a gas line for a new stove after feeling very good about the estimate. Taylor and Chad (Or Shad? Couldn't quite tell when he introduced himself) were punctual and got right to work on the gas line. Even though they encountered some unexpected setbacks with the project, they were still professional and efficient throughout the process. Most impressively, the original bid was honored in spite of there being additional unforeseen work that needed to be performed. BJ also joined the project later and the three got it wrapped up quickly. They worked very clean and didn't leave any mess behind either.

They were even kind enough to re set some mouse traps that I had placed in my attic and kitchen. These guys are a class act; customer service and workmanship of this quality is hard to come by, so don't miss out on it. I will absolutely be calling 911 for further plumbing and HVAC needs.

I highly recommend this company. They are honestly, fast, use quality products and fair pricing. All three guys were professional. I woke up to my water heater leaking. I asked our community Facebook page for referrals and someone recommended them, I’m so glad I called them. They got my water heater all swapped out and got me all set up to code, also had to slightly relocate it for coding. It was probably more work than they planned on, but had it all done in a few hours. And they even cleaned up when they were done, it actually was cleaner than when they got here. I will defiantly call them next time I’m in need.

These guys are a small family owned business. I find a lot of times that it's exactly those businesses that bring the best connection, experience, helpfulness, and humanity to the job that they do. They answered my call and immediately set up an appointment that same week for a FREE systems diagnostic review. When they arrived at the location on-time, it took them no time to diagnose the dual problem in my AC Condenser unit (fuse box and capacitor both needing to be replaced.) They also cleaned the units and serviced both the AC and Furnace in one go. They were very knowledgeable, calm, confident, and very friendly. They provided proactive solutions and kept up me to date with detailed explanations and pictures. They quoted the services to be rendered to restore use as intended, and had everything completely done a short time later. It was really a pleasure working with the individuals from this family and company. I definitely recommend their expertise for any heating, cooling, or plumbing issues that you may be facing. Not only do I highly recommend these guys, but over the 9 years I've owned a home in the Salt Lake City area, these guys were one of, if not the very best to work with. No surprises, fair pricing, high quality, efficient, solutions oriented. They are there to earn your repeat business, not just to make the most from one call that they can, and not by upselling new units. Don't overlook these guys for someone else! Bj went above and beyond to help me. I originally called for a toilet issue and he was nice enough to help with my sprinkler system as well. His price was amazing. As a mom of 6 that’s very important. I will be referring and using this company any time needed. Thank you so much for your amazing help!
