Thank you for having the best customer service and having so much consideration for everyone you meet. I would never go to any other pharmacy for all my family needs. We really appreciate you!

I was in between insurance and the pharmacist was able to help me out with the cost of my son’s medication. I am grateful for the kind service and will be switching all my prescriptions from Walmart to Publix now. Thanks again to Chris for helping me out.

Worked at this pharmacy for 18+ years. When I left almost 4 years ago due to cancer I moved my prescriptions to the Loganville Hwy Loganville store where I was treated like some kind of addict by the Male pharmacist Trey (or whatever his name is) After writing a letter to a company I was loyal to as a customer and employee for almost 2 decades, I never received a response. Anyway, fast forward a couple years and I now do business at my old store because of Chris the pharmacist. He is polite and calm. He is also a veteran. I just want to say, Chris thank you for your understanding and compassion. However, John the District Manager, I'm still waiting on your call. Not cool.

Always a pleasant experience, helpful and knowledgeable staff. We are always glad to see when Medicare deems that Publix is the “Preferred Pharmacy” for a given year!

Always a 3 day minimum wait to get my meds. Very poor communication. They do not bother to let you know that they are out of your medicine, even generic med which is stocked at other pharmacies. If they have a problem with your insurance company approving your med they never bother to call and inform you. Throughly disgusted with them. The only good thing about their pharmacy is the manager notifying you if prescription has an ingredient in it that you are allergic to.

This Publix Pharmacy at Village,
Do not go to this Pharmacy!
The male pharmacist charged me for my
A lot for my medicine. I asked him go an relook at my Insurance plan an he said he did,
(I repeat!), I knew he didn't look at my Insurance
Plan . The male pharmacist is to lazy to go the Distance to look up your plan an readjust it ..
(I repeat again!)
Do not use this pharmacy!
I went to another pharmacy,
Much better they readjust my Insurance.
(The male pharmacist is to lazy to look
At your Insurance plan in the system!)
Do not go there...

They were out of my wife's meds but did not call us. My doctor declined a refill request--he wanted me to come in--and the pharmacy did not call me. I had to learn of these facts when I went in to pick up the meds. Though I shop this Publix, I am looking to take my Rx business elsewhere. So, I would tell anyone to do this pharmacy a favor: place your business with a pharmacy that has enough staff and caring to give you some personal service.
Today, a Saturday, Chris told me that I would have to wait a full hour for my single Rx. So I took off for a fill-up and my first venture in to Lidl which is virtually next door to Publix. Glad I did, too because Lidl had a fantastic deal on boneless ribeyes.

Prescription electronically submitted before 3pm, not filled by 8pm, not filled due to cost, no call to see if I wanted to still have it filled, poor excuses at pickup counter, I wouldn't recommend.
