Excellent pontoon rental experience! The owners were very accommodating and made sure we were well taken care of with life jackets and instructions. The map to the pickup location was very helpful. Amazing day on the lake with the family. I would highly recommend!

Boone Docks has the most amazing customer service. We keeping going back year after year to winterize our boat. Chris, Mary and their team go above and beyond to make you feel valued, heard, and taken care of in a timely fashion. They just did a repair on our Skeeter and got us back on the water the very same day! So grateful to have a local shop that genuinely cares about every customer that walks through their door. Boone Docks is the absolute best! I recently purchased a Suzuki outboard motor and the good folks there installed it on my pontoon. They did a wonderful job and we could not be more happy with our purchase. The thing that sets them apart is that Mary and Chris offer a level of customer service that is extremely rare these days. I highly recommend them for any of your boating needs.

I honestly cannot provide any criticism about my experience here. I initially contacted them via email without much context for a quote. In my experiences, many dealers ignore email requests for quotes and want you to call and speak with a salesperson which I hate. Not the case here. They quickly responded back via email with not only a quote but also provided suggestions based on my situation. I continued to ask multiple questions back and forth over email. No other dealer has done this especially given they didn’t know who I was as a potential buyer.

So at this point, I’m sold on the dealer in every way but I wanted to test them before making a big purchase as to their service and maintenance skills. I brought my two, 2 year old Sparks in for winterization given they needed it and it’s easy to double check they performed all checks and fluid changes even though they are not a BRB dealer. They did a perfect job at a great rate. I now feel comfortable bringing them here rather than trailering them back to the cities and paying more for the same service...with a longer scheduling delay.

So my little evinrude etec 25hp had a problem with a hard to find part which started this whole journey. Boondocks stayed with us, offered great service and today I took delivery of my new Suzuki repowered pontoon. The delivery person went the extra mile and he helped us switch trailers in windy conditions, explained the basics of the motor and ensured we were safe to trailer. Once back at my storage barn I noticed the little things. Old electrical terminals replaced, new battery strap, etc.

Couldn’t ask for much more except the TC dealer has free nachos. :)

Update: Boondocks offered advice on the fuel system. I followed said advice. The new motor is amazing in every way! I cannot recommend them more.

Has always bent over backwards to help me out. Gotten me out of the jam at least twice I can think of.... Plus my wife really likes the owners. Do not hesitate to call on Chris or Mary.

I needed to repower my 2000 Lund Grand Tyee and decided Suzuki was the my first choice for the 200hp replacement.
A friend told me about this dealership, good prices and people.
Boone Docks is 170 miles out of my way (one direction) but they beat my local dealership by a mile!
Chris & Mary took care of me and even included parts and services not originally quoted. They went out of their way for me and that's hard to find in a world concerned only with the bottom line.

First day i went in to drop a boat off for some work..was just prior to Covid shut down. I gave the business a 5 star rating based simply on the first impression and friendliness of the staff the work ended up taking a very long time mostly due to shipping issues with parts and the virus causing delays the business knew i was frustrated and in the end discounted the labor costs significantly to make sure i was satisfied 😉 They did not have to do that and because they did i will remain grateful and remain a customer 5 stars!!
