You don't find staff this helpful much any more. Hardware stores usually have good customer service, these folks were exceptional.

Excellent! You would not believe the amount of stuff packed into this place. If you need it; they probably have it. Dont bother looking for specific items yourself...the associates know where everything is and they are very happy to help, it's always a pleasure going in there. Prices are fair, not overly inflated. I'm happy to pay just a bit more for that one thing I need that's right down the street, as are most people I believe. Plus, you're supporting a locally owned business.

Have had the good fortune of shopping here for 20 yrs. I try to plan my shopping during the week, when the most knowledgeable folks are working. 20yrs. ago I was able to get to town 2 or 3 times a day if needed. The hardware store carries so much and is so friendly run there for a nut or bolt of bird food or lawn supplies or kitchen supplies, their inventory seems endless and the smiles are abundant. Love this store!!!

Hill’s Hardware Hank is a wonderful store. John, the gentleman who assisted us, could not have been more pleasant. We needed to ship something via UPS that was complicated. John was patient, kind and went out of his way to successfully ship our package. He was even able to call the UPS representative and have him come back to store for our package once he did his routine pickup. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

This family owned business is an essential part of our riverside town. Always the very best of service. Locally based staff are always polite, knowledgeable and attentive. I love supporting this local business. They serve us well.

The clerk's knowno Hardware, understand Hardware, and know how it's supposed to be used and not supposed to be used. You can save a lot of money when you get honest to God information so you don't have to do the job twice. They are interested in helping you get things done right not in just making an extra buck.

Ozzy Says: This is an old fashioned hardware store. The owners, Patty & George, go out of their to help, and best of all they stock anything for everything. Stop in for a widgit anytime, the hours are great.

My buddies Dale, Boomhaur, Bill and I came down for some tools because Dale was building a guard post in his yard. We got all the tools we needed. The owner also advocated propane. Well dangit, Bobby, this was a fine shop. The shop has the same name as me, too. Its like I am king of the hill.
