Dr. Herman fit me in with short notice and found a tiny foreign object stuck under my eyelid that was missed by urgent care. He is kind, thorough, and clearly cares about his patients. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I would highly recommend Dr. Brian Herman and his team in Bloomer. Their facility is clean, they work with you to get your appointments when needed, and truly care about your eyes. They have good communication and great reminders via text and phone call for your upcoming appointments.

Did registration and insurance info online which was easy and convenient. Got an appointment online also. Dr. Herman explained all of the tests. Staff is friendly and the prices are competitive. The selection of safety glass frames was impressive! I found more safety frames that I liked than at the big box optical stores. The entire experience was positive and I plan on going here for future optical needs.

After trying soft lenses this past summer, I decided to switch back to gas permeable lenses. Without hesitation I received an appointment and was refitted for new lenses. Dr Brian is very knowledgeable and understanding and I appreciate the care and concern I received.
