I am so pleased with the work Tino and his team did! I was unsure about the stain and finish I wanted for updating my red oak floors, but Tino was very patient with me as I explored my options. After I narrowed the samples down to three, Tino applied those to a small area of my sanded floor, and it was easy to make a selection. Also, I appreciate how quickly Tino was able to get me on their schedule. He came to my home to give me an estimate, and less than a week later, the job was completely done! HIs team was careful to protect the surrounding areas as they worked masterfully to bring new life to my den floor. I will definitely be recommending Parrot Hardwood Flooring to my family and friends. They're the best!

I was extremely pleased with Parrot Floors. They responded quickly with an estimate and came out two days later to start working. They arrived on time and finished quickly. The floors looked amazing and the inside of the house was cleaner than when they started. No dust! Would recommend them to anyone needing their floors repaired.

They completed the job in a timely manner and any questions or concerns I had, they were quick to answer! Also a plus is they were great with my 4 year old son. After attempting to contact other installers in Johnston County who were unresponsive, Parrot answered the phone, set a time with me, and came when they committed to be there. Fabian (our installer) was prompt, courteous, and did a great job on our flooring fix. In a market where contractors have the opportunity to set themselves apart by being responsive, Parrot nailed it. The floor looks great and I’d recommend them to anyone.

They have completed several jobs for us lately. The team was responsive, showed up on time and completed quality work in a reasonable time frame. We will use them again in the future.

Tino and his crew took up our tile flooring and installed these beautiful hardwoods to match with our existing floors. His attention to detail and workman ship is top notch! He also noticed an issue at our back door with a bit of water damage. He hooked us up with someone to also remedy that issue to protect our new flooring.
