Wayne's Foods Plus

We stopped in here on our way to the cabin we were staying at to get some frozen pizzas for lunch. We found a good deal and browsed a little before leaving. I was impressed with what was all offered here given how small and localized it was. They also had a self checkout which was great!

My only problem was when I pulled a pizza out of the freezer door the pizza itself slid out of a box that was propped weirdly against the glass. The pizza was wrapped so it was safe but it was annoying that I had to pick it up after someone else. That's not Wayne's fault though. 5 stars from me!

Clean, well stocked. Great small town grocery store.

This store is great for anyone looking for gluten-free foods. They carry a lot of great stuff that's really hard to find anywhere else in the area.

Helpful and knowledgeable, friendly staff, great sales. I enjoy shopping here. Good chicken from the deli, too!

They were holiday weekend busy. They got new self check outs put in, I didn't use them because they were all taken. My cashier was a very polite teen, she did a good job and stayed patient with me. There was a bagger there who was the keeper of the firewood keys and he paid attention and was on top of it when he heard me order some. He helped me get it in my cart and all, and was also very polite. Good job, holiday weekend staff, you guys are doing awesome!

Decent prices for up north! Great meat department also. Store is complete and very convenient. Staff is fantastic as well!

Update! Holy balls he jacked the prices up and brought in self checkout! Took jobs away there and what he’s charging for groceries is insane! How are the people in the area supposed to eat? We are now bringing our groceries up there with us and our friends up there are driving to Walmart in St. Croix Falls. I encourage people to go elsewhere! Price gouging is as low as they can go! See ya Wayne’s!

Wayne’s Food Plus has always amazed me, coming from the cities. It has things there you might not find other places!
The best things I think they do are their meats and their alcoholic beverage selections.
They even had my special brand of caffeine free pop, which I can’t find sometimes down in the cities.
We’re new to the area but have visited extensively in the past 10-15 years off and on.
I’d tried some of their Ribeye steak hamburger meat on the grill, and OMG it’s amazing!! In the past I’ve also had their cuts of prime rib and pork ribs. Each time Wayne’s Foods did not disappoint.
Recommended!!!!

Great sales on dairy products. Fresh cheese! Best fried chicken around at the deli counter. Almost as good as Chicken Unlimited!!! Everything else is priced low for being in a beautiful, nature infested, paradise Village! Plenty of food in the woods, but start here.

Very cute up north grocery store

Great selection of everything you expect to find at a store in a much bigger city. The bonus off-sale liquor store attached was very convenient.

Small grocery store but nice nostalgic vibe. Great variety of food, alcohol, deli and amazing sandwich and coffee shop. Will be back!

Wayne's is very clean and caring for customer safety well stocked with essentials and some gourmet items fresh produce and a good selection of beer wine and other adult beverages. The staff is friendly and efficient and very helpful.

They have everything you need to make a meal. Produce and deli are always fresh.

Love this store. The staff is so friendly and the deli is the best!! There is a large selection and with the beer/liquor section, this is truly a one stop shop!!

Update Jan 2021: The scones have been gone for a couple of months now. Still like to stop but stop a little less now that my favorite bakery item is gone. Let me know if you bring them back.

If you dont get scones from the bakery you're missing out. Always good prices on beer.

Great store for this size of town. Super busy & the staff could not be nicer. The go to spot for just about everything grocery.

Love shopping here when we are at the cabin! Staff is super friendly! Great customer service! Their store made brats, garlic butter, etc. FABULOUS!

Went to the sandwich shop!! Awesome job on the sandwiches. Julia was awesome with the ice cream. Went into the store to wash hands and toured the store great little store there you got there.

Great products and selection but expensive! ...where else can you go? Nowhere.
