My first time ever at a hydration clinic and the staff was very nice and helpful. I went to hydrate my body before spending a month in Asia and I can completely tell a difference! I would recommend to anyone and will definitely be visiting again.

Stephanie was absolutely amazing. She remembered me from my last visit and all medical issues. She was very attentive and making sure I was going to feel better. I usually come when I am really sick due to my disease and then an in between appointment just for preventative maintenance. Highly, Highly Recommended

The staff at hydrate medical are wonderful! They make you feel right at home and comfortable when receiving your treatment. I also loved that they accept HSA payment which not all places do. I would highly recommend Hydrate medical to any of my family and friends and will continue to use them for all my IV drip needs. After getting my treatment I walked out of there feeling like a million bucks! Check them out! You will not be disappointed!

This was my second time coming to Hydrate Medical. Alyssa at the front desk is always very friendly and informative! This time we had the pleasure of Kristen being our nurse for the vitamin drip. She was just the most lovely woman! Very kind, gentle and informative all at the same time! I felt very at ease and we also had some great conversation at the same time! I am so glad my friend told me to come to Hydrate Medical I had a migraine for 5 days and after I received the Myers Cocktail I immediately felt better. Thank you to the staff for taking care of me. The facility is very quiet andI II had a room to myself to rest while getting my infusion. I highly recommend Hydrate Medical.

Friendly staff. Video conference with overseer was great and her kind disposition made my day. Her knowledge and recommendations were also spot on. It helped hydrate me, made my stomach feel better, and the treatment unexpectedly helped with neck pain.

The nurse was great and her assistant helped talk to me and went the extra mile to make me feel more comfortable when I got nervous about the needle injection.

I love Hydrate! I’ve gone a couple times over the years to help recover from stomach bugs. The process is simple, there’s always plenty of availability, the nurses are knowledgeable and helpful to get you exactly what you need. The environment is super cozy and I love that you can lounge on a couch and watch tv!

Melissa and the crew at this location always make my day brighter and treat have always made me and any of my many guests feel like we are VIP customers. I am greeted by name with a smile, the facility is not only quaint and comfortable, but it is also spotless. When I started visiting Hydrate Medical Raleigh over two years ago, I had only ever had an IV once for a surgical procedure, and I did not enjoy needles. I have only had wonderful experiences with this skillful, funny, patient, and caring crew, and I make a point of referring anyone who will listen to give it a try!

This team works well together and enjoys their work. They are always on top of everything and provided additional information as needed or requested. So much hospitality! I feel welcomed and cared for when I am there. Thank you! I hope they receive nice end of year bonuses. :)

I’ve visited a few times and the customer service is impeccable. The rooms are nicely laid out and accommodating for the services requested. I always leave refreshed and lively which lasts me for about 1.5-2 weeks.

They are best! It’s so relaxing and I look forward to receiving my annual coupon as an excuse to test myself to instant wellness! Painless, perfect perfection…I leave with a pep in my step!

The Nurses were super kind and knowledgeable and helped me pick the right drip. The doctor let me know if I ever have a Migraine I can't get rid of I can come by and get a drip the should help out. I'll be back.

I can't say enough positive things about the nurses at Hydrate Medical, truly. They have made a difference for my mom. She has been in and out of the hospital, every test possible from the doctors. Yet, they can't find anything physically wrong with her. With seemingly no alternatives I tried Hydrate Medical. After her first visit from Hydrate she improved, noticeably. She continues to improve; energy and appetite. More than anything the nurses at Hydrate are Exceptional. Admittedly, I consider myself picky and the staff more than excelled. I visited Hydrate in downtown Raleigh last week for IV fluids for dehydration. I’ve been seen by dozens of medical providers - but the Hydrate experience blew me away!
