Crate & Barrel Warehouse

If you order from crate and barrel, I recommend doing pick up. Saves some money and based off the reviews saves time and hassle. The only issue I had with pick up is I got a call to schedule an hour window to pick up my desk. When I called back, a different lady from the person who left a voicemail told me they don’t deal with crate and barrel and I had to contact them directly to sort out scheduling. She wasn’t the nicest about it either. So I was worried after seeing the reviews and after that phone call that I wouldn’t be able to pick it up.

The warehouse was easy to find, they had a little crate and barrel sign. we pulled to the side of the building and checked in. I wish I got the names of the staff that helped us cause they were great. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and checked us in fast. We waited at the garage for a little and the guy loaded up my desk into our truck. Very friendly guy and fast. We had a nice little conversation, signed off on the pick up, and were on our way. Anyway this is a long review to say I really suggest doing pick up rather than delivery based on the reviews.

This is not Crate and Barrel, this is Ryder trucking that handles their will calls and delivery of items of their item only. They do not have a show room to view any products and they can not help with purchasing items or setting up returns. You will need to call either the fashion place location or their online store to make any perches.

Ryder Last Mile is a 3rd party logistics company that provides white glove delivery services for several furniture and mattress companies. Crate and Barrel is only one of the companies that use RLM services to provide Will Call and delivery services for their customers.

This place is nice, driver be ready to wait few hours until u get loaded they load by hand every box in your trailer.

Good service

Friendly service. Helped me load my new furniture into my van. Go around to the side of the building first to let them know you've arrived.

We have picked up 3 separate orders and every time the front desk girl is awful. Not friendly or helpful. The warehouse guys are awesome though. I recommend picking up your order and save money on the delivery, but beware they do not have good customer service. If you call to schedule your pickup date, you will end up talking to someone in a different state and then when you show up to the warehouse they will tell you something different. I agree with the other reviewers that scheduling the pickup is confusing.

Worst customer service we have ever experienced. Have had 4 pick up dates scheduled (and of course they only give you options about 2 weeks out that are all on weekdays between 8 and 3:30). We ordered 4 chairs and over the 4 pick up date options, we only received 1 of them. They don’t tell you why they don’t have things or when they will come in. Do not order from Crate and Barrel. You will never receive your items.
