Zachary Community Park

Activities for the whole family. The pond is stocked with fish: catfish, bass, brim, and a carp. The playground is a nice setup with a variety. The walking paths around the ponds are wide. Went on the nature trail today, followed to the Americana trail due to the nature trail loop looking muddy. The way to Americana is rock/wood. Can't wait to go on a loop when it's dry. The loop is only 1/2 a mile.

Lovely park with a great walking path and nature trail. There's ponds to fish, plenty of space for kids to run, a playground, splash pad, bball and vball courts, skate park and bathrooms. Perfect place for a picnic

Very peaceful and clean it's a lot of things you can do here some are fishing walking exercises enjoy the sun take the kids out to play

My family got to experience the wonderful views at Zachary Balloon Festival. The hot air balloons were so beautiful and the night-time glow of them made it even more beautiful. There were so many food vendors to choose from, we are surely looking forward to the next one 🎈

This is one of our favorite parks, we love the skate park and other options available to play. This park has a beach volleyball area, basketball goals, walking paths, dog park, what more do you need? Restrooms and parks are always clean which would be a deal breaker for us if not.

This is literally the best park for miles around. It has a splash zone, bathrooms, water fountains and a skate park for skateboarders! Sidewalks for joggers or bike riding and the play area is enormous with tons for children to do. Tons of Gazebos and tables for shaded seats. Perfect for parties or just to hang out while the kids run around having fun. Always clean and safe.

Very large area, well maintained. Love coming here with my family. We take our puppy to the dog park and walk along the paths around the ponds.

The nicest park in Baton Rouge; there's a playground, splash pad, lake for fishing and a skatepark!
Open and clean bathrooms are a huge perk, too.

Perfect place to bring my kids to play, skate, teach basketball, train the dogs, and workout. If you got some free time get out of that lazy boy and do something that will create memories

Great park! The grounds are clean and there is plenty of space for everyone to play. The splash pad is great, especially since it's been so hot out. There's even a little lending library box on the grounds where you can take a book and leave a book for others absolutely free. There's a dog park as well and work out space. The walking trail is also awesome!

Niece loves this park. Always clean and nice equipment with a pretty good variety. The splash pad is very fun too!

We had the best day for my niece's birthday. We decided to go to the park. She inspires me. She reminds me to just enjoy the moment.

We love it there. My daughter plays with her friends from school & the park is so well kept! My husband gets to walk his dog and/or fish while I care for our daughter. Or I get to walk the track while my husband cares for our daughter! It's very family friendly💞

Great overall park with an outstanding dog park! Very clean and well groomed.

If you can manage to go during non-peak hours this is an amazing place to take smaller kids. They playground is definitely meant for older kids (4+).
They have a great splash pad that's honestly great for all age though
