I'm very disappointed with my first experience arriving to my appointment that star had forgotten about then rescheduling for the second time I arrived early for my appointment again and star was nowhere to be found. I waited for almost an hour. I had tried to reach out to her but instead I was stood up, without any explanation. I live far away so I am very upset that I had to drive here two times in one week to be lied to and ignored.
