Vivid Dental Greensboro

I can confidently say it was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home.

Dr. Mohamed himself is exceptionally patient and gentle, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. He took the time to explain each procedure in detail, answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had. His calm demeanor and expert care put me completely at ease.

Debbie is a fabulous Dental Hygienist! She always gives me great advice and tells me what I am doing right so I can keep it up. Dr. Roberts is wonderful. All procedures I have had done there have been with him and he is able to put me at ease when I get nervous. Pam at the front Desk is always helpful and friendly. The whole staff is great!

This was my first visit with VIVID DENTAL GREENSBORO and it was an amazing experience! The check-in process was quick and efficient due to completing my paperwork prior to my visit. I was greeted and taken back in a timely manner. I had the pleasure of having my cleaning service by Rumiko who was very thorough, friendly, gentle and kind. She engaged me in great conversation throughout my visit and talked me through everything! I also had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Muhammad who also had a great personality and was attentive to my needs. Once this great experience was all done, I had a seamless check-out experience with Pam who assisted me with making my 6 month follow up appointment with a huge smile! Needless to say I was very satisfied with my overall experience. Thank you VIVID DENTAL TEAM!!

Vivid dental is a great place for dental care. The staff greet you with pleasantries and smiles all around. They are personable when treating patients and present a caring attitude towards patients also. I would recommend them for dental care and this is in My Opinion from the services I received. Truly amazing people who deliver the epitome of top notch customer service and care about their profession and most importantly, their patients!! Tasha, you are a GEM!💎 Such a pleasure chatting with and getting to know her. Everyone is so personable and they made my first visit a great one. Wonderful staff as always! Pam and Jamaica in the front are so lovely and helpful! Never feel anxious about having my appointments because Dr. Roberts is so great. A great experience with this team, where I used to dread going to the dentist. Always gentle, upbeat and knowledgeable. I recommend this practice to anyone looking for an awesome dental office! Been going for close to 20 years!

This is hands down the best dentist I've ever been to. They are always kind and helpful and have completely alleviated my anxiety caused from other traumatic experiences at previous dentists. They were thorough throughout my procedures, explaining exactly what they were doing and why, and were very understanding of my situation.
The receptionists deserve recognition too! They are so sweet and helped me so much with getting price quotes and dealing with my insurance. I couldn't recommend Vivid enough!

I was wary of going to the dentist after a few years away, and not the best brushing/flossing discipline. I’ve gone to Vivid twice now for cleanings and once for a filling, and each visit has been great service from kind people. The hygienists have encouraged, not harangued me, and Dr. Roberts has been positive and seems to only suggest dental work that truly needs to be done. I am grateful for their care.

The staff was very friendly and eager to make me feel comfortable because i was nervous and apprehensive about my dental procedure. I've always been apprehensive about having dental work done . Especially when it was my first time with a new dental provider. I had switched because they were close to where I live and they are "in network"with my dental insurance. During my procedure they explained everything they were doing and made sure I was reasonably comfortable with everything they were doing during my procedure. Even before my procedure ,they went over my cost and what they estimated my insurance would pay . And after my procedure 2 hours later , they were very helpful in going over other options for my situation. They even offered to submit to my insurance the other options they had discussed with me . I am very grateful for their genuine and sincere effort to help me get the best options for my situation. I would highly recommend the office and staff at Vivid Dental to anyone needing dental work done. .

I’m really blessed to have the best dental hygienist take care of my teeth. Rumiko is very professional, thorough, and has passion for what she does. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to get the best dental care. Ms. Pam at the front is amazing too, very friendly. I appreciate Dr. Roberts too.

First visit included X-rays, photos, exam, cleaning, fluoride treatment, advice, and take-home bag of self care goodies.
On a scale of 1-5 my anxiety related to dental care is 3 and sometimes edges up to 4, but fears were easily dismissed as I felt comfortable with all staff and the treatment areas were clean and modern.
At no time did I feel like I was being "sold" extra services or products I didn't need.
Dr Roberts was extra kind to both me and his coworkers.
I interacted with six professionals during the visit and always felt valued and welcome.
The waiting area chairs could use a good upholstery rejuvenation, but they see a LOT of butts, don't affect the quality of care, and zero concerns anywhere else.
I highly recommend this office for any age.

I have had an excellent experience with getting a dental implant. Dr. Mohamed’s expertise and professionalism are to be commended. He explained every step of the process and made me feel very comfortable during the procedure. I have been a patient at this practice for over twenty years, and I have always been happy with the staff and their services. I highly recommend Vivid Dental (Greensboro)!

Dr. Roberts is an outstanding dentist. He takes time to explain any recommended procedure. I recently had an old crown replaced and the new crown looks perfect. The dental technicians and staff members are all extremely professional and kind. I highly recommend Vivid Dental Greensboro.

The staff and dentists are absolutely wonderful. The hygienist shares her knowledge about what to do for specific issues and makes healthy recommendations for toothpaste and tooth care. Love love love them
