I wanted to say THANK YOU to Jala for getting my sons prescription ready in less than 10 minutes after waiting HOURS for it from another location. Jala had it ready before I even parked my car. My son has been sick since Thursday. Hadn’t ate anything since then. She wasted NO TIME making sure it was ready before I pulled up. He desperately needed these antibiotics. Thank you so much Jala!!

Friendly staff and good prices

The staff is always friendly when I enter this place.

I have had issues with my orders but the staff was professional and resolved the issue in a polite way.

This is my go to Walgreens. I trust them because of the staff.

They don’t call and tell you that you have a prescription called in, when you call they put you on hold for 20 minutes and when it’s your turn, they hang up in your face ! Someone needs to retrain these people because they don’t cal , text, or anything. This is unacceptable behavior when you’re dealing with people lives.

Lied to my face about sending prescriptions to my doctor. Almost caused me to run out of a drug I need to live. If you can avoid going here, do. They do not care about peoples lives and will condem you to death by lying that they faxed for a prescription refill.

I called for a refill of my medication a week before I ran out, and I spoke with a young man who stated he would take care of it. I went to pick up my medication Saturday and was told my medication had expired was told by the pharmacist he faxed my doctor and they denied my refills. I was also told that I haven't had my medication filled since January 2022. (This is a medication I take daily). When asked what doctor he faxed the name he gave me I had never heard of. This pharmacist had zero people-person skills. He told me even though this medication is extremely serious for my health he couldn't help me. He never bothered to look at my other medications to get the correct doctor. When asked when he found out they denied to refill my medicine I asked why did you not reach out to me so I could call my doctor myself. his response was he got the denial a couple of days later. Which would have been around Wednesday Again I went on Saturday he never bothered to reach out to me. I know for a fact other Walgreens will call you directly or have and automatic system call. If you care about your health DON'T GO TO THIS WALGREENS YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU MAY OR MAY NOT GET. In my heart I believe it's A PAYCHECK FOR THEM THEY DON'T CARE.

Walked in on a Sunday morning..no one at the register..Was some two women standing near photo section ..She just looked at me no Greeting or saying someone will be with you in a moment.So I walk around the store looking for someone to help me with a card load ..as I was approaching the door to exit young lady came out the little room near the perfume department..so I asked who was working register got the weirdest look for me asking for help ..didn’t know that one of the two others girls work there till young lady complained about the money in register being all over the place

I came here for my covid drive thru test I have been waiting in line for 45 minutes now and there were only two cars in front of me the service is too slow.

This place is not good they have their attitude when the only thing I try todo is buy my medicine they act like if I’m trying to get my things free and they don’t let you use bathroom like really , bad experience in this place …
