The staff and manager are very knowledgeable and help with everything and make sure that our issues are resolved quickly.

10/10 would recommend our account was messed up by another store and they have been great to work with to get it fixed. Go here if you need help.

After spending 4 days on the phone with AT&T and getting absolutely nothing accomplished, I went into this store to get help. Cody did an amazing job getting my phone and account up and running.
He is very knowledgeable and knows what he’s talking about.
If you need anything, I would highly suggest going into this store and talk to Cody, rather than calling!

Great service, Cody helped me out immediately when I arrived and assisted me in upgrading my phone. Cody was very kind to talk to, knowledgeable, and DID NOT try to sell me something I didn't need. He was straightforward and efficient. Will come back!

I had brought my 87 yr old father-in-law into the store to get a new phone after he had a HORRIBLE experience at spectrum. Cody was AMAZING. He was patient, understanding and did exactly what I needed him to do. Take care of the old account while giving a ready to go new phone with old number that looked just like my father in laws old phone. He was wonderful! Thank you Cody!

Went in for my mother to upgrade her phone. We were helped immediately by several employees that were very knowledgeable. Mom was given all her options and even steered towards a cheaper option by the employees. The store had to order the phone and informed her to just bring it in when received and they would help transfer all the info from her old phone and help her set up the new phone. Being from out of town I have all the confidence that they will take good care of her.

We went into this AT&T store to see what kind of deals they had going on and we were able to upgrade our phones plus add our granddaughter to our plan and switch over from T-Mobile. Cody was very professional and experience was awesome. It took a little bit, but we made it through. I would highly recommend recommend the store.

Went in on a Saturday half an hour before closing time, my old phone had died and I needed to transfer a different phone to my account. Kay and Dakota stayed late to get it done and were so friendly and accommodating. Thank

My experience with Alex at this AT&T store was incredible. I bought a new iPhone with accessories. He helped me set up the phone and explained lots about it. Also how it works with the system in my truck. I was waited on immediately and his expertise made my time there very short. I would so recommend this store. I was very happy!!
