These guys are top tier! Very professional! They genuinely care about your health and what works best for you. Love this location I recommend it to all my clients.

Brian and staff are extremely professional and helpful. If you are feeling a little sluggish need and extra boost in the bedroom definitely get in there for your consultation. The team will spend the time to focus on your individual needs to get you balanced. Their extra services are also an added bonus. My wife started their photo facial services and has been happy with the results. Get in there and check out all they have to offer!

The greatest thing about this place is efficiency and customer care and sensitivity. They make this process seem less like a taboo or a medical thing and more of like a life refreshing and positive thing. The male PA there I had one issue with. He didn’t seem to be listening at all when he would give the rundown on how treatments worked and I had questions or comments. It was like he just wanted to get his spiel done and that felt a bit unwelcoming. He’s very informative though. Also the female staff are very very kind and open ears and seem like they care about the individual.

I have been to several locations and received great service. But this specific location and the full staff always goes above and beyond to be there for me, my family, and my journey toward finding health. Brian takes personal interest in each and every patient and their struggles, and is able to make suggestions that actually help. I have never felt more taken care of. If you’ve been searching, stop, you’ve found what you’re looking for.

Staff is extremely friendly and professional. They take time to really understand your needs and monitor your treatment closely. I'm always in and out in around 10min on average for my weekly treatment.

Updated Review as of 2/16/2023: Over the past 10 months AMH has made great strides in improving their customer experience. After posting my original review, I had a nice conversation with a regional and corporate contact that listened and understood my issues. We both agreed that this was a learning experience for a company that is growing and trying to be the best in the industry.

I waited a long time to update this review because I wanted to see if the company would follow through on the feedback. I'm glad to say that they have and am happy to update my review based on my experience over the past number of months. As mentioned originally, there is no issue with the product. The issue was with how the situation was handled and the company has taken the right steps to improve the customer experience.

Original Review: Disappointed in the conversation I had with the Clinical Director. AMH advertises on Facebook about their free evaluations. I go to another clinic for my shots and asked them if they also have female patients. They responded in the affirmative and I speak to my wife about having an evaluation. She is hesitant but she goes and spends an hour talking with the director about the treatment and having blood drawn. When done, she comes home and tells me they charged her $125 for the evaluation and blood work. I ask the director about the “free” evaluation and he says that it’s just for men only.

While I understand that AMH’s target market is men, their advertisement did not have any exclusions listed. He did offer to destroy the paperwork and bloodwork and refund my money but I wanted the service that was advertised. In short, AMH didn’t make any changes. I expected them to honor the free evaluation and to complete the bloodwork and then refund the $125. However, they held their stand in that if I wanted the bloodwork processed, I’d still have to pay the $125. As we took time out of the day to have this evaluation, I told them to continue, under protest.

I believe the marketing at AMH to be deceptive and meets the definition of false advertising. The director blamed this “mistake” on corporate and said there was nothing he could do. He was very curt, short, and dismissive on the phone. He said he would provide a contact at corporate for me but didn’t bother taking down my information. He sarcastically said “have a nice day” and promptly hung up on me.

While I have no issue with the product, I do take issue with how this situation was handled. In looking back when I had my own evaluation, they also offered a free evaluation as well. But at that time, they said because I had insurance, they couldn’t honor the free evaluation. Said it would be insurance fraud. I took it at face value back then, but now it feels like the company will use whatever excuse it can to not honor their advertisement of a free evaluation.

These people are great. Staff is friendly and personal. They've helped me out quite a bit. Would recommend to anyone concerned about their hormone health.

Brian and the staff at Ageless in Draper are amazing. They all are very attentive to my health needs and as an added bonus they also see my wife and take care of her.

Great ppl great service I have been getting treatment for over 5 years now!!!!!! From my mental health and physical health the treatment has helped me out tremendously especially with my PTSD highly recommend getting treatment. At least stop by and talk to them about what they do for men and women
