I cannot say enough great things about Jared and Peachtree Roofing. Jared stuck with us nearly 12 months building a case for roof replacement versus repair that was finally approved by our insurance company. Very personalized, comprehensive and responsive support throughout the entire process even coordinating installation with a third party contractor building our porch addition. Roofing and gutter/guard teams worked efficiently and cleaned up everything prior to leaving. We absolutely love the new roof and gutters. My husband and I had a very pleasant experience working with Jared Bullock and Peachtree for a roof replacement. Our house is 13 years old, so naturally we assumed that our roof was going to last another 17 years or so until Shane and Jared stopped by to give us a free storm damage report. My husband went up on the roof with them as he was curious to see what they would find. He learned that the shingles were no longer sealed as they should be and that the shingles were not only discontinued but had been deemed defective. Jared was very thorough going over the process with us and even assisted us with the claim process. When Jared came to help me through this process he did everything he said he would and made sure I was very satisfied and pleased. The crew cleaned up after themselves, they had to come back the next day because they ran out of daylight, but they were back the next morning to be sure to clean thoroughly. Jared went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, he even came back and replaced the roof on my well house himself because the crew had already left before he could ask them to do it. However, he took the time to replace the well house roof and take photos too so I could see it was on par with the quality of the roof on my house! Erik was very professional and helped throughout the whole process of getting a new roof. He called insurance and sent everything they needed and the roof was installed in less than a month. He was there the day of installation and even cleaned up afterwards and checked the driveway for nails. He made the process extremely easy and we really didn't need to call or do anything, he handled everything!

Absolutely love my new roof! Went with top-quality everything including double fiberglass shingles that are 130 mph wind resistant and have 50-year Platinum guarantee from Owens Corning. Brett scheduled Erik, the salesman, to come out the next morning on Saturday. Couple days later I had my new roof. Erik did a wonderful job taking videos of the attic damage and roof. He built a miniature roof on my kitchen table. So glad I spent the extra money to get my beautiful roof. Highly recommend!

Peachtree was great to work with. They coordinated everything with my insurance company to the point that I had to do almost nothing to have my roof replaced. They had the work done in a single day, and did a great job.

Jared Bullock was great to coordinate with and was very helpful in coordinating the insurance process and making me aware of schedule. He made me aware of upgrades available and the pros/cons of each, but I never felt pressured to spend more than I needed or wanted to. Would definitely recommend working with Peachtree and Jared Bullock if you get the opportunity.

Everyone we worked with at this company was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful and hands on with the whole process. Jared Bullock held our hand the whole time and answered every question we had and was super responsive. We had never done anything like this before. We have nicknamed the roofers roof ninjas. They started in the dark of the morning and were done before I left to get my son from school. Absolutely amazing, fast and easy process.

Marcus was awesome from start to finish. He was very professional and knowledgeable not only about roofing, but with the whole insurance claim process. He was thorough in explaining what issues we had with our existing roof and used video and photographs to show us the damage caused by the last hurricane and the most recent wind storm.

The workers that installed the roof did a great job. They were professional & courteous. They worked hard to remove the old roof and install the new one in one day. The property was as clean after the job as it was before they started.

Jared was amazing. He was very persistent working with your insurance. We had Allstate and they were very difficult and the process went all the way to arbitration. Jared stood by us and walked us through the whole process. The roof looks amazing and we are very happy we won against Allstate and working with Peachtree was great.

I received a phone call from Jared Bullock offering a free roof inspection. I couldn’t believe my luck because I had recently had another roofing company come do a roof inspection. I had placed a claim with my insurance company but never heard back from the roofing company.
When Jared did our inspection we found out that because the prior roofing company had not followed up, the claim had been denied. Jared immediately stepped in and did everything necessary to get the claim reopened. He made many many phone calls on our behalf, went on our roof for pictures at least twice, and used his drone to take images of damage. Jared worked very closely with us and our claims adjuster until our claim was approved. This was absolutely the easiest stress free process for us because Jared did all the work!
We are very happy with the finished product. Our roof looks amazing and was completed in one day. I would recommend Peachtree Company and Jared Bullock to anyone.
