Lathan, the store manager, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me solve an issue that took 25 minutes of dealing with another store by phone to resolve my issue and I am very grateful for his help. He knows his stuff.

It's one of the most spacious GameStop's I've ever been in. Very clean, and the gentleman working the counter was helpful and friendly. Great selection of Funko Pop's and games.

This is a good location with a nice selection. My only complaint about this store is I wish they had a little bit more merchandise.

The game selection is huge and I'm very much in love with that. But some GameStops have a bit of expanded merch. If they would reduce their Funko or PC selection, they could expand a bit more in that area.

Otherwise, I do think this is a nice local location and I'm glad we have it. The staff are always super nice and helpful. <3

Me and my son walked into this particular GameStop after coming up short on pokemon cards. When arriving we were greeted upon entering the store. Kenneth helped us find what we needed and even knew how to be playful with my son. He wasnt pushy or rude. Didn't follow us around which I really dislike while shopping. Soon as I needed something he was there. We will be back for the rest of my son's new found interest and to purchase our first Nintendo switch.

Loved this place! Only place I've been where I actually found a brand new Switch OLED and didn't have to pay a crazy Ebay mark-up. Also liked them because they had several Super Mario Bros. 4" figures in stock. Other places besides Wal-Mart carry collectibles? What? Nice selection, friendly staff. Great place to shop!

This is by far my kids favorite Gamestop. Demos are amazing, there are always something they can afford with thier allowance or I can afford on a budget. Manager Trey is very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and is great with our kids whom are on the Autism Spectrum. Love this store!

My son loves this place. The staff always take time with the customers. All are very knowledgable of the games, systems etc. My son has autism and video games are life to him and they take the time to talk with him.

We've been looking a specific game for a while now. The associate at GameStop was very helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately they didn't have the game but he took the time to find one and get it ordered. Should be here soon. Thanks GameStop associate!

Good for finding games that you can't find anywhere else. I shop there for most of my games. Good discounts

Went in to get roblox card and got great assistance from a lady cashier. Very patient when I was looking for my money. Excellent service would come again.

Surprised, this is a large GameStop. Has a wide variety of new and used games. Staff seem like gamers and we geeked out a little about some vintage games and the new Mario release.

This gamestop is the only one in Smithfield, Nc. I enjoy it here. Knowledgeable employees and great customer service
