Had gel polish on my nails 10 days ago. 5 days in, 2 of my nails are losing color. I have had gel nails before and they lasted close to a week. Not happy, and it cost more than I usually pay. Also had my eyebrows shaped, 2 days after, I noticed a gap where supposedly she added the shaping. I followed her instructions about not washing face for 24 hours.It looks ridiculous. Also expensive. I could have went else where to get them waxed for a better job and more reasonable. After calling the salon and talking to Audrey she offered a 4:30 appointment the same day. Went in and she was very supportive and accommodating with fixing my nails and eyebrows. If I could give them more than five stars I would. I am 110% satisfied with the results. Audrey is a very professional and outstanding person. Will be going back and recommending the salon to my friends. Thanks again Audrey it was a real pleasure.

Had a blast at the salon! It was super clean with cute interiors, and the vibe was so chill and fun. Audrey did a fantastic job on my dip manicure, and Michelle fixed up my chipped toenail like a pro. Definitely a solid 10/10 experience overall!

Moved to Waukesha and needed a new place for my pedicures. This IS the place. Great people. Amazing pedicure. My feet are thrilled! Highly recommend Audrey. She did a fantastic job on my rough man feet. Great choice. Glad I found Salon Willow!

This place is the absolute best! Once in a great while I treat myself and book an appointment. I’ve gone in for pedicures and to have my lashes tinted. I honestly didn’t even know this amazing service existed. When I was in for a pedicure I overheard someone talking about lash service and thought it sounded great. Since I cant do fake lashes or even mascara at times due to my sensitive skin. Not only did they check to make sure for my pedicure that my sensitive skin and allergies would be safe but also for my lash service. This is honestly the cleanest nail salon I’ve ever been to or had any service done. I’m incredibly picky about cleanliness. I notice things most others would never notice when it comes to being safe and clean. They take great care to make absolutely sure there is absolutely no chance of cross contamination!! These women treat me like royalty every time I walk in the door. I am by no means a regular since I cant really have my nails done due to work. But without fail they always treat me like I am or like I’m spending far more than I really am. I’m definitely jealous about the nail service here because it actually looks natural! I’ve never actually saw fake nails look real till I was here. Hands down the most amazing place with the most amazing staff!

I along with two of my best friends had the pleasure of enjoying pedicures at this lovely salon. We all agreed that this was by far, one of the best pedicures we have ever had! The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The owner did my pedicure and she took the extra time to address my nail cracking issue, which is most likely from running/working out. She took time to share her knowledge and also applied an extra protective clear coat to my toenails. We never felt rushed while there. Check this place out, you won’t be disappointed!

One thing I never get tired of hearing is that I have cool/pretty/fun nails! I wish I could take credit for their beauty, but it’s all thanks to my fabulous nail tech, Michi! I’ve been going to Michi for the last 5 (I think!?) years! She just moved into this gorgeous, BRAND NEW nail salon that Audrey opened last week! I’ve gotta say, Salon Willow is perfection! If you’re in the market for a nail tech, go check out Salon Willow. You won’t be sorry after you see how cool, pretty, or fun your nails look when Michi or Audrey are finished with them! 😍😍
Oh yeah, Audrey has also done my lashes, lash lifts, lash tints, microblading…am I missing anything!? You can get these services done at Salon Willow too! 10/10 recommend! ❤❤❤

I moved to Waukesha last summer and I have been looking for a nail salon and brow salon since. Well the looking is over I found Salon Willow and I can call this place my home for my nails and brow. Audrey did an amazing job with my brow…. powder micro blading, pain free! Shang- she does my nails and loved everything she does. I highly recommends Salon Willow.

Audrey is an amazing nail tech I truly miss getting my nails done by her. Audrey and the staff there are so amazing. It’s never a dull moment! The music the laughs and the complimentary drinks are what make this atmosphere so inviting. Audrey has been my nail tech for almost 2 years and I never want to see anyone else. She’s helped me grow my natural nails to be long, strong and beautiful.

I have been searching for a lash tinting salon in the Waukesha area for a while. I went to Xeng and she did a fantastic job. It was very comfortable, she was personable, and the service itself turned out great. Can’t wait to get my nails done and grab a piece of permanent jewelry soon!

Great techs, get quality, great atmosphere, great retail section of cute shirts, cups, jewelry, and things you can’t find many places! They also offer beverages and snacks! Great at nail art and always have the up and coming products. I always recommend!
